I cannot say enough wonderful things about Todd Harris and the rest of the team at Floor & Decor Kendall. I had spent several weeks trying to locate a stone that I needed to finish a home project. We started the project and then Covid-19 hit and we were unable to finish. In the meantime, the stone we were using had been discontinued. I called and drove to so many stores trying to locate enough supplies to finish the job. When I got to the Kendall store I was thrilled to see that they had set aside their remaining stock of the stone for me. When Todd found out what happened with our project he started to call other stores around the country to see if they could verify what they had in stock. He was able to locate everything that we needed, and arranged for it to be delivered to the Kendal store. He had someone gather the remaining supplies that I needed for the job, loaded it all into my car, and was so kind of pleasant that it just made my day. Todd if you see this THANK YOU for what you did for me. You have no idea how much your gesture helped, and it was truly a pleasure to do business with you. I've purchased many tile related items throughout the years but have never been treated with the professionalism and dedication that I was in a recent visit to the Kendall Floor and Decor. I was standing in the entrance of the Kendall location looking around to get my bearings and Brigitte steps up to me, immediately asking if I needed any assistance. To make a long story short, she spent a tremendous amount of time with me, patiently answering all of my questions, getting me pricing, researching various alternative options and helping finalize my project plans. Her dedication and commitment to providing excellent customer service, motivated me to return for a second time to purchase more tile and I plan on returning again either today or tomorrow to complete a third purchase. Today my husband and I received excellent service at the Floor and Decor on West Sunrise Blvd. We were approached by Torrance who proved to be a designer with exquisite taste. What was most remarkable about the service he provided was how personable he was and in tuned to what we were seeking in our design style. He made recommendations and took into account factors such as safety and budget. Torrance has a calming effect just like the design pallet that he helped us create. This type of collaboration made the process easier. He truly listened to help us make decisions that would be best for us and our style. Warning to potential buyers! This establishment is utterly dreadful. I've encountered numerous problems with their failure to deliver my orders punctually, and I even experienced an incomplete delivery. To compound matters, they managed to convince me to apply for their credit card by assuring me of a 12-month interest-free period. However, once the 12 months passed, I was shocked to discover that I had paid off less than half of the initial balance. Even more infuriating, they levied interest on the ENTIRE purchase, including items I had returned! Their explanation was that perhaps an oversight occurred when I applied for the credit card a year ago, and now I find myself paying interest on funds I don't even owe! I implore you to steer clear of this establishment at all costs! read more

I was very disappointed this time, cashier was very rude, the sales associate that helped me was great, after selecting our tiles she called for help several time to put the 26 boxes in our cart, for our surprise no one came to help so we had to put it in the cart ourselves, we are 2 middle age woman. After we had to pull the cart with the assistance of the associate that was helping us, the supervisor passed by and 2 employees as well but no one else care to help us,finally when some one came to help put the 26 boxes in the car, they were to busy talking among themselves that they didn't pay attention to where we told told them to place the boxes to distribute the weight since it was around 1,000 pounds. Floor Decor on 124th Street in Kendall has excellent customer service! My mother and I went to pick out some tile for her bedroom. The salesperson named Nori was extraordinary. He was very knowledgeable of the products and designs as well as company policies. His patient and kind demeanor in answering our every question was so impressive, as we had many. The store is very clean, open and well laid out. Every employee we encountered was friendly, but Nori, with his killer smile, made us feel very confident about our purchase! I'm remodeling my bathroom and went in not know exactly what I wanted. I was greeted by Alex and he immediately began showing me around for about an hour or so. He was knowledgeable about all the products, very patient and answered all my questions.
