2017 Mustang GT/CS

Stopped by Flood Ford of East Greenwich to meet with sales representative Tyler. Pleased to say i was overly satisfied with his customer service skills. He went well out of his way to inform me about a mustang gt/cs i was interested in, along with providing me with recent maintenance history, and auto check reports. He was patient and let me cruise through the test drive on the freeway. Providing me with directions and information about the car there was a never a dull moment throughout the sale. He is very professional and a very good employee for flood ford. If you are interested in checking out a vehicle i would highly recommend to speak with him. I give Flood Ford a 5 Star Review and would definitely come back!

Sales team and management knows nothing about final stage manufacturing and up-fitting or payload. Bought an F350 dump truck that's simply not able to hold sticker payload and rubs the wheel wells when loaded. These people know absolutely nothing about up-fitting final weights, or truck capacity or capabilities and blame you when you discover your brand new dump truck can't even handle 2,400lbs of mulch when rated for almost 3,900- 4,000lbs. Their final manufacturer doesn't weigh trucks or up-fitted vans and they should pay the fines for this eventually. Called a third party up-fitter in Connecticut and was told the truck should have been re-weighed and. Evaluated after up-fit and before sale. Reported issues with the state DMV and expect them to pay the fines for their ignorance and safety/ weight issues in the near future along with their third party up-fitter whom just throws body's on the trucks and doesn't care about the math. Don't do business with this unprofessional ignorant dealership especially Mike Flood Jr.! I'll go to Raynham, Tasca etc before doing business with these idiots ever again. Had the nerve to blame me for overloading the truck and wanted me to pay for after market third party fabrication or mongrel aftermarket non OEM repairs. Maybe once they get fined and the up-fitted trucks on their lot are reported for incorrect capacity labels they might do the right thing in the future or take things more seriously. This dealership will waste your valuable time and money on vehicles that simply don't weigh or aren't capable of performing. Get ready Flood Ford, I'm not going away or being swept under any rug.

Flood Ford Let me start off by saying I went to a ton of dealerships looking for my new pickup. Originally I had a Nissan frontier but it was time to upgrade something more spacious easier to work out of with added features so of course I went for a Ford 150. I went to a couple different dealerships including Tasca first and because I'm a plumber and may have not been dressed well enough I couldn't get the time of day which was freaking annoying. When I showed up to this dealership I was immediately greeted I was told that the sales person that I wanted to see was unavailable but that they could have somebody else show me the vehicle I wanted to see I chose to wait which was the best decision I could've made because Shannon was the best sales lady I have ever worked with she was not pushy. She never tried to upsell and it really seemed like she cared for exactly what I was looking for she went above and beyond we spent hours looking at vehicles sometimes not even talking about the vehicle she kept the entire process Super calm and enjoyable. I found the perfect car for me!! I will definitely be using this dealership in the future!! Now on a side note: there is this finance person named PAULETTE, The second I met her she was impolite had an attitude and was incredibly aggressive. After spending hours with my sales person feeling awesome about the transaction about to happen she completely destroyed that feeling within minutes of meeting her. I decided to take a shot and requested to the manager for a different finance person. I was then brought to Joe Pezza he was happy and upbeat he asked specific questions and stayed happy the entire time he brought the joy back to the sale honestly I don't know what her problem is but she needs a different job maybe one that she doesn't have human communication with! Thank you again Flood Ford for an excellent transaction and I look forward to doing business again in the future:-)

Gave it one star because I don't see an option for a negative star. I've been a Ford guy all my life. I've owned a few F 150's and three mustangs, including two I've restored from the ground up. I LOVE FORDS. I can tell you firsthand that the service department is deplorable. When they tell you a vehicle will be done in a day or two and it hasn't even been looked at by the third day it's ridiculous. Not even a courtesy call. I know it's going to take another day or two after they looked at it because the part needed wasn't in stock. Took the car back and did the repair myself. I've had problems here with extended stays for simple repairs on fleet vehicles in the past too. I kept going back for more punishment because of brand loyalty. My wife and I are both due for new vehicles in the fall and despite the sales reputation being good, I won't buy there because of the service department. Instead of a new Expedition and new F 150 I guess it's going to be a new Dodges or Chevys. They can forget about the fleet business too.

I HIGHLY discourage anyone from getting a rearview mirror back up camera. The glare is awful and it's very low quality.

I dropped my vehicle off, to be serviced, and experienced the beginning of more of a racist experience than I ever have in Rhode Island or the US for that matter. If you are a minority, this place is not for you! After dropping off a Benz and asking how long it would take, the service manager became aggressive and threatened to not provide service. Meanwhile, I was joking with one of his subordinates. I wondered if they perform vehicle checks prior to allowing the car off of the lot bc I had issues such as opening the trunk and the undercarriage being damaged. The guy was upset bc I had the nerve to ask how long I would be in a loaner. He stated there was no way to give an estimate (poor custo0mer service) when he could have easily provided a range considering his "over 20 years" of experience. I explained to them that I work long hours and would not be available via phone due to the fact that I am an educator. I was first told that it would be available on Friday. They then called on Thursday to see if I could pick it up... Strange... I then received a threatening voicemail and text message stating that they would report the car stolen and get police involved if I did not respond. Mind you, I am in meetings with parents as I am receiving these messages. Meanwhile, I was having a S560 serviced, which I loved, and they gave me an Alfa Romeo that I have to crawl in and out of. I asked if they would provide one of equal value and the response was "a full size sedan!" Noted smh. No problem, I was more concerned with getting to work while they serviced a car that should not have had to be return wthin the same month I purchased the vehicle. I wonder if they threaten other clients with the presence of the POLICE or if it was just me because I am BLACK! Again, a harsh reminder that even being a Doctor of Education does not prevent one from dealing with biases and racism from those who represent what is supposed to be an elite company in AMERICA...!!!

I will…read moreacknowledge from the outside, this dealership does not have the largest lot or fanciest show room, but the people and the transaction were efficient and very professional. Not only did they offer me the best deal of any dealership in the area, they were warm and positive through the experience. I did not feel like they were knocking me down to lower the value of my car. I actually walked in with no appointment and within 30 minutes they assessed my car and we came to an agreed upon price which was very fair. The experience overall was great! Joe even offered to give me a ride home after the sale which was not needed but demonstrated the costomer service this group provided. I would definately deal with them again in the future.

French Town Auto Sales sold us a bad pick-up truck NOT SAFE for the road . It had a broken ball…read morejoint, loose body parts, leaking windshield pouring water in every time it rained. Worst part is there was a brand new inspection sticker on the windshield . Fraudulent inspection - it must have been one of his buddies that put that bad sticker on the truck. Once we bought the truck we had a "30 day bumper to bumper warranty " but that was not true ! We was offered the opportunity for them to register the truck ! Convenient right ? WRONG ! We had to do everything for them to register our truck and still it was about 20 days past the expired 20 day temp plate and they blamed it on us, the DMV, and everyone else but themselves . We went for an alignment and the garage found a bad ball joint and refused to allow us an alignment and they also told us there was much more wrong with the truck especially metal that can fly off the truck but ultimately it was not safe to do the alignment because of the bad ball joint. I called French Town about the situation and they told me my son agreed to 50% to fix what was not originally inspectable when they sold us the truck but that was not true either (Liar's). I told them absolutely no way would we agree to that and I would be contacting the state inspection garage. The owner Bill claimed we was trying to extort him by getting a truck we paid for the way he told us it was but really wasn't. He screwed us ! I was looking for a cheap family car that I could trust to commute to Bridgeport, MA in and not worry about being left on the side of the road. I saw a sharp looking car on their lot when I was driving by and decided to take a look. They let me test drive and suggested I take it out on the highway, they were willing to deal, and the salesman even followed me home after I bought the car to help me get my other car back! Oh, can't forget to mention they filled the gas tank for me after I bought it. I had a problem with the battery dying about three weeks after I bought car; I purchased new battery and they reimbursed me for the cost. I have been very happy - I put 23K miles on car in last seven months and have had no major issues. Buying a car has always been a challenging experience for me, as a man I am sure it is easier than being a woman. Based on my experience I would recommend these guys but as always buyer beware. I didn't get the feeling these guys would rip anyone off.
