Bebe Lash is not my regular studio, but I go there when my girl is unavailable or out of town. I have gone to Ashley before and she has done a good job. When I arrived for my appointment, Ashley was not there. Another lady named Helen said she was going to do my lashes and was covering for Ashley. At that point, I really didn't have any choice because I'm traveling and I didn't have another time to try to book the appointment so I went ahead and let Helen do my lashes. I did express that I wasn't fully comfortable, but I really just didn't have a choice at that point. She was very sweet and tried her best but burned one of my eyes very badly. We had to flush it out and put drops and then I was OK. She also at one point pulled one of my lashes out of my eye, and I physically winced and gasped. I was nervous the whole time, especially after that. I actually liked the way the lashes came out so I tried to just accept it and feel better, but they were falling off rapidly by the time I got home. Many fell off last night and this morning. I'm going on a trip so hopefully enough will stay that I don't have sparse spots or look crazy. If Ashley was not able to make my appointment, the least they could've done was let me know beforehand so I could've made a decision to either go there or not. Putting me in a position to go with a tech I didn't know who has zero reviews on their yelp was not fair and I won't be returning to Bebe lash.

Called them Monday morning to try and see if I can go in to have them fixed and nobody answered. Paid $100 to have lashes look like this by the 3rd day.
