From the very first discovery call Brent worked extremely hard in making us feel heard to fine tune exactly what we wanted out of our wedding. From there it was a stress free planning process. Luxe had tools to help us pick songs and Brent gave us plenty of time (essentially until the day of) to input "must, maybe, and don't plays". He also took into account other playlists we had. He has a long list of genres of music that he supposably plays and advertises, yet he has never heard of Cumbia music. The website that he has seems AI generated and the prices are absolutely laughable considering his experience and equipment. I feel like he had no preparation whatsoever. The "DJ" would leave the booth often instead of doing his job. To the point where he had enough time to ask my friend to dance rather than play music.
