After emailing back and forth we made an appointment to speak over the phone and low and behold.. was still given the same bad attitude. Very short and vague answers, no attempt to share excitement or make me feel comfortable/that she wanted to be speaking with me. If you're the front line of a business I highly recommend making an effort to get to know your clients or just don't act like the people who want to spend thousands of dollars on your services are a bother. The intro song for everyone walking in was messed up at least 3 times, they didn't play the song during the unity candle lighting as requested by the couple and was listed in the program. They didn't listen at all to what was asked of them to announce. There was a video played during Michael Jackson's Thriller that played for 13.5 minutes that was very inappropriate and young children were watching it. By the end they turned it into a karaoke bar with the DJ singing. Tony was an absolute dream to work with from the minute I inquired about pricing. Once we made our first deposit, Tony sent us login info for our online client data base, which we were able to make our "must play, maybe play, and absolutely do not play" playlists. For the entire year of our engagement, Tony responded to all emails within an instant. For my father-daughter dance, I had arranged it with my dad that he was to choose a song, and it would be a surprise to me up until the minute it played at our reception. Tony and my dad corresponded back and forth without me knowing, and this was pulled off without any issues! The day of our reception, which was the first time I was even meeting Tony, he put me at immediate ease.
