White Train Entertainment joined us at our outdoor wedding in Iowa on August 11th as our DJ and MC and we couldn't believe how over the top helpful and professional they were. Jeremy and Olivia met with us several months before our wedding for dinner to sit down and get a feel for what we wanted and didn't want to have included in our ceremony and reception. They were very present with us and genuinely interested in making sure their involvement in our special day was VERY "us" and it was nothing short of just that. Jeremy called, texted and emailed with us often in the months and weeks leading up to the wedding and kept us organized and on track as we were planning the audio-specific elements of the day and also helped us pin down the order of events. The ceremony was outdoors in a prairie and it was very important to us that our violinist, preacher and our own voices were clearly heard by our guests and Jeremy made that dream a reality for us. Olivia helped keep the procession of our wedding party on track so it lined up well with the music - no one was ever confused or wondering when or where to go and as a bride, it was extremely nice to not have to think about those details. About a month before the wedding, Jeremy helped us work through the itinerary for our reception - he was patient with us and never batted an eyelash at some of the more obscure musical suggestions we had. He made sure every song we requested to have played during the cocktail and dinner hours happened. Olivia made sure things during the reception, dinner and dancing were on track time-wise and it made the whole evening flow very effortlessly. We were astounded at the tasteful environment they created with lights, smoke and music during the dance portion of the evening. We heard from tons of our guests that they'd never been to a wedding at which SO many people were tearing up the dance floor all night and we feel that was majorly due to Jeremy and Olivia doing such an excellent job of making our guests feel inclined to do that. Our wedding was a little different in that my husband performed a set with his band - Jeremy worked with him to make sure every instrument in the band was amplified and that the vocals were clear and crisp. He's very gifted in the area of sound and everything he had a hand in audio-wise sounded amazing all day. We hired Jeremy and Olivia for our wedding and things couldn't have run more smoothly. They arrived early to get things set up and, amidst some crazy things that happened that day at the wedding venue, it was such a relief to have Jeremy and Olivia running things for the reception. Our guests loved their DJ set - they did a great job of keeping everyone entertained. They helped us a ton with pointing my wife and me in the right direction when it was time for the first dances, cake cutting, etc. Really, they went above and beyond what we hired them for. Most DJs show up with a few speakers, some subs (maybe), and their playlist of songs but Jeremy and Olivia brought a full PA system and tuned it to the room which makes the world of a difference! My husband and I just hired Olivia and Jeremy December 1st for our Christmas party. They were so easy to work with before, during, and after event. The age range at party was 40's to 80's and everyone raved about Olivia's musical talent. We are still getting calls and texts about what a great party and the music was amazing! He really catered to what we wanted and made sure that our day was nothing but memorable. Jeremy and his wife were flexible and available for getting together and explaining their services. Which, come wedding day were excellent. During the service and reception Jeremy did an excellent job with timing the music, micing up my officiant and making sure the music levels were consistent and comfortable.
