I've done my share of thrift store shopping in the area and this store has an excellent array of…read moreitems that are always clean and well displayed. there are areas separated very nicely with crystal, bedding, all clothing is hung nicely and never shoved in or wrinkled, the shoes are all matched and ready to be tried on, the furniture is in good condition and they even have an entirely separate room just for Christmas! Now, this comes with a bit of a higher price. The care they take on the items takes a lot of time and that demands more workers for more hours - so the price must be higher - and people need to understand that. It is nice going into a thrift store and not coming out feeling like you need to wash your hands after looking at the dishes - and I appreciate that because I often go from one store to another - so I'm willing to pay $1 more for something - but, I do understand that it's not possible for some. That being said, the workers here are amazing and so helpful. I have asked all kinds of questions and they are always open and honest about my questions. I got a couple of cookbooks on my last trip and was very happy with my purchases. The trip before I found an old lamb cake mold for $1 and I had no idea how to use it and she said she didn't either but was curious about it, too! She said if it worked for Easter to let her know - so I'll post my successful pic here for her! It's been a great place to shop!

The menu is not overwhelming and lots of great choices of breakfast foods and lunch. We chose a beet, sweet potato, goat cheese and spinach quiche with a side of broccoli salad. I had a hot strawberry, moringa tea with rose. Our orders came out fresh and hot and they were delicious. The atmosphere is friendly and kind. The price is very reasonable and truly a great experience.

The clothing, shoe and even costume jewelry (and purse) selections are amazing! I came in to put my gently used nice clothing on consignment (for store credit) but I came away with 5 pieces of clothes: from a dress to several pairs of Capris and a nice blouse. The classical music played in the background also lends itself to a peaceful and happy experience. You can try out clothes in one of 2 rooms which have ample hangers and a chair for comfort + a perfect mirror to see how the clothing looks. Cie Cie can point you out to anything you need AND she carefully removed each tag from my purchases as she totaled the sales on the cash register. She's got 1/2 price sales and other bargains throughout the store so it's incredibly cost effect plus the clothes is notches above other second-hand clothing stores. I didn't go to the men's clothing/shoes section in the back but they've got one! Cie Cie herself is so friendly, warm and welcoming. I love this place and I don't plan on buying my clothes from anywhere else from now on. A+ and although I was there for the first time two days ago, I'll be back this week for MORE. Praise God that we've got one good place to go to here in these parts. A+
