Their store hours are Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday 10 - 5 and Thursday and Friday 10 - 6. It's a large shop and offers everything from infants to adults. The adult section of this thrift store is new since the transfer of ownership. The baby/children section offers everything you need for your child. Clothes, toys, furniture and all other neccessary odds and ends to make life easier and cheaper raising our next generation. You can really find some great deals here if you know your products and are a somewhat savvy shopper. Another nice perk if going to this store is the trade in power! You can trade in your GENTLY USED baby or children's clothes or furniture and get store credit. There are rules to this exchange however, what days you can bring in your trades, the condition of your stuff and how much store credit you can use at any one transaction. The only major flaw is the worker there who doesn't seem to know much of the business and how it's supposed to work. Also keep track of your store credit- some mistakes have been made on my daughter's account that would have cost her quite a bit if she wasn't diligent to keep track of the credit this consignment owed her. All in all not a bad place but not an outstanding one either. With other consignment shops few and far in between there's not much competition. If they did have a couple of rival stores they definitely would have to step up their game!

We booked and fully paid for a Northern European cruise through Serendipity Boutique (with Martha)…read morein June 2023, for a trip departing July 11, 2025. The reservation included myself, my boyfriend, my brother's family, and his in-laws. Unfortunately, it turned into the most stressful vacation planning experience I've ever had. Over the 18 months leading up to the trip, we made numerous attempts--via email and phone--to get basic information: our cruise cabin assignments, pre-departure hotel, international flights, and transportation. Martha consistently dodged our questions, gave vague responses, and shifted blame to Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL). We communicated early that we intended to upgrade our flights to business class. Despite this, no itineraries or confirmations were provided as prices steadily rose. With just two months to go, we still had no flight info, no hotel details, and no cruise cabin assignments. Martha's advice? Book our own flights and hope to be reimbursed--though she couldn't confirm how much. She later mentioned a $750 credit per passenger, reimbursed only after the cruise. By then, even economy flights had nearly doubled in price. She repeatedly changed her timeline for finalizing details: first 60 days out, then six weeks, then 30 days. When we checked in again at 30 days, she claimed NCL was "delaying confirmations" and that she had "pulled back" our flights to book them herself. On June 13, 2025, my brother's in-laws received their NCL balcony room confirmations. My brother and I still had nothing. At 21 days out, my brother contacted NCL directly. To our shock, NCL had no reservations for us at all. Worse, balcony cabins--the category we had paid for--were sold out. We made repeated attempts to reach Martha to salvage the trip, especially as one of our travelers--my brother's mother-in-law--was battling stage 4 lung cancer. This was her dream trip. Martha knew about her condition and her intent to upgrade flights. While she had a cruise room (still no flight), my brother and I had no booking. Out of options, my brother sent a formal demand letter via a process server on June 16, 2025, requesting receipts and proof of booking. Within hours of her signing for the letter, we received confirmation that our cruise had just been paid and booked--on June 16--less than a month before departure. The timestamp made it clear: she had not secured anything until that very moment, despite having our full payment since 2023. Only one of the three cabins was booked in the correct category. My cabin was eventually upgraded to balcony level before departure, but my brother's never was. Meanwhile, business class tickets had soared past $6,000--nearly double what they had cost just months prior. This entire experience turned what should have been a joyful, once-in-a-lifetime trip into a mess of stress, frustration, and last-minute panic. Instead of excitement, we were left scrambling and anxious in the final days before departure. Martha repeatedly misled us and refused to take responsibility, continuing to blame NCL for what was clearly her failure to secure our arrangements. We plan to file a formal complaint with the Florida Department of Agriculture (which regulates sellers of travel) and are still considering legal action due to the serious negligence involved. Though she later refunded my brother due to the cabin downgrade, the damage had been done. Bottom line: I'm still not sure how a boutique is selling travel, but I strongly caution anyone considering Serendipity Boutique. This was a clear case of mishandling and deception, despite having our full payment for more than two years. A trip we had looked forward to became a chaotic, last-minute scramble that took a major emotional toll on our entire group.

I brought in my items in on June 15, 2023 and I have not yet received payment for items that Dana, the owner, told me she sold. It took 2 weeks to put my merchandise on the floor initially or so she said. She does not allow you to pick up merchandise that does not sell and says it is donated which I question. How do I know what she is doing with all my donations? I asked to whom they are donated and she refuses to communicate or answer the question. Something is so amiss here so seller beware of this business and its proprietor Dana. I asked for the copy of her contract by mail, email and FB to no avail. She keeps saying she has sent it to me and I confirmed my email and she is still jerking me around. When she did finally send through FB after numerous request, I could not even read it as the print is so small. When I asked about the contract and questions pertinent to it, she practiced avoidance and is currently ignoring my calls and communications through FB. Most recently, I reached out to her on Friday, August 11th through FB and she has ignored me. I sent another FB communication on Monday, August 14, 2023 and asked for a courtesy reply and she is still ignoring me. All this does is create mistrust. Anyone that practices transparency and is professional, answers questions from a customer and does not seek to avoid answering specifics and ignoring the queries. Dana has proved herself to be unprofessional, recalcitrant and untrustworthy. She told me she will not donate all the items I brought in and will keep the more expensive items until they sell. That is no where in her contract and she does not provide any paperwork regarding sales on your items, what she priced it at and what it sold for and she makes you call up every month by a certain date to request a check or you do not get paid for you items. As far as I can see, she has stolen my items and has not paid me and it is past time. She refuses to communicate in any form so unfortunately my next call is to the police to report my stolen items. This game she plays has been going on for almost 2 months and it is not acceptable. She has not posted any of my items on her FB page since I dropped them off and some items are higher end. I wonder if she ever placed them up for sale to begin with. She has broken trust and I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH HER AGAIN.
