Understandably I was nervous, but Kelee took so much time to make sure this cut was PERFECT. Scheduling with Lindsey was such an easy process and I was just so grateful that she was able to fit me into her schedule especially when everyone else in town was fully booked for weeks during the holiday season. She framed my face perfectly and took her time to make sure that I received the perfect hair cut. In the end, the hair cut was better than any haircut I've had in the past. They called the morning of and asked if can move 12:30p appt to 11:45a. Sounded great to me. We arrived at 11:30a, given a locker key. There's a steam room in each of the gender bathroom along with a shower. And a towel waiting in your locker. The waiting area is quaint and comfy. Lauren, the masseuse, called him in a little after 11:45a and ended the service before 12:13p. So it was kind of disappointing she didn't provide the full service time. The customer service of the front desk was impeccable. There was a bit of a misunderstanding of what was advertised to me when I booked the service but they were so patient as we figured it out. And made arrangements regarding the issue. The 2 ladies at the front desk were amazing!! Check this place out, there's a parking lot and they have the most adorable hand made jewelry in the spa lobby made by their very own staff.

I came in with dry, damaged, uneven color and left with the best hair I've ever had. Walking into a new salon can feel intimidating--especially after having past experiences where stylists fried my thin, fine hair. But from the second I walked in, every single stylist looked like a model, yet they made me feel so welcome and hyped me up without even trying. An employee offered me a drink right away while I waited, and then I met Hannah. She was warm, professional, easy to talk to, and genuinely interested in helping me figure out a plan for my hair. I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted, but she talked through everything with me and we landed on a cut and balayage that turned out better than I could've imagined. What made the experience even more special was the energy of the whole salon. Justyne (an owner and brow/skin specialist) popped in and included me in conversation with her and Hannah like I was part of the crew. Kelee, another owner, came over in between clients, cracking jokes and chatting with us. And right next to me was Lindsay, who was doing extensions and talking about how much she loves her work--her attention to detail was amazing and her vibe was just as kind and genuine as everyone else's. It's rare to find a place where the talent, atmosphere, and customer care are all this good. I left with beautiful hair and a full heart. I'm so happy I found this salon and can't recommend Hannah and the rest of the Rock Radiant team enough
