Walking into a new salon can feel intimidating--especially after having past experiences where stylists fried my thin, fine hair. But from the second I walked in, every single stylist looked like a model, yet they made me feel so welcome and hyped me up without even trying. An employee offered me a drink right away while I waited, and then I met Hannah. She was warm, professional, easy to talk to, and genuinely interested in helping me figure out a plan for my hair. What made the experience even more special was the energy of the whole salon.
