They have a lot of benches to sit down. They also have available lockers to rent. The bathrooms are decent. They also have the store in the building which offer services too, which is convenient. They also have vending machines and a food bar at the second floor. Parking can be a challenge before another shift ends. But after they leave, it's enough for the next batch.

With my limited time, Henry quickly evaluated my ability and he catered the lesson to where I was at, while keeping things challenging for me. We progressed through a bunch of exercises and obstacles to keep the session fresh.
