My Granddaughter started in 2023 with no cheer experience couldn't even jump correctly. I took her…read morethere because I found it on FB and wanted her to experience something the owner Tina was very welcoming, the coaches were friendly and the way they treated my Granddaughter was warming. She needed something, I never thought she would love cheer but she did/does the relationship that has been built is more like a family. So she was on a prep team (no skills) within 3-4 months she started getting skills from a back walkover, front walkover, valdez, back handspring all within her first year and now she is in her 3rd season with Warrior on the highest level team they have (3) she is now working on level 4 skills. I know alot had to do with her coaches, and she had to put in the work. The way they believe in her and motivate her and support her no words can be described. Now her coaches are at other gyms now but that's how it goes and we have Great new coaches that have joined who provide experience and who currently are cheering and competing themselves plus our athletic director is recognized in the nation so new bonds are being built. Tina does love the kids and it's all about them to have a successful season, learning and leveling up. You won't be disappointed if you join a team or a class but if you do join a team then be prepared to have a new family because that's how they treat you.

(None of whom continue with the gym) However, management communication and organization are very poor, and billing practices are questionable. They charged my credit card on file three times without authorization, even after I raised the issue following the second occurrence. At the time, my account was already paid in full and should have never been charged again. The gym offered a credit, which I accepted at the time since I planned to use it toward an out of town competition. I did use part of the credit to cover that expense but continue with $245.50 as credit. (imagine how much I charged/stolen) After deciding to leave the gym for personal reasons, I requested a refund for the remaining balance. Which I don't believe should be an issue since it was THEIR mistake. Despite assurances from the owner that the matter would be handled, it has now been over three months with no resolution. I was removed from the team's communication group (which I get since we are no longer in the team) and my follow-up emails have gone unanswered. This review is based on my personal experience, but I also know I am not the only parent still waiting on money owed. Thankfully, my card on file was a credit card, and I will be contacting my bank to dispute the charges and filing a complaint regarding the unauthorized transactions. To new customers, keep a close eye on your account and do not allow repeated "mistakes" to slide (there's always an excuse). Most importantly, do not accept "credit" in place of a refund. Credit is not real money! out of the gym, it becomes worthless.

We've been to three different gyms in our cheer path. This one by far the most challenging. Their…read morereputation for being great shows in the amount of work they put into it. If we wanted a participation trophy, or a medal for competing against 3 other teams to guarantee a spot, we could go anywhere. If you want to be great and deeply improve, you come here. I have yet to meet a coach I didn't like. One of the owners Brett, really takes his time and cares about the those coming here. He took time to work out some bad habits my daughter developed at previous gyms that no one had caught in the years she's been doing this. His motivational/inspirational speeches to the girls are awe-inspiring. You will put in work, and challenge yourself. It's a lesson in putting in work to achieve what you want, responsibility, and commitment to seeing it through. It is a fun life-lesson in those qualities that my kid will learn in life and careers.
