I didn't have time to return it Sunday and the store was closed Mondays and that's the day I went home to Jacksonville. I called the store Tuesday and the owner was willing to work with me. I mailed the shirt to the store and she gave me a store credit that I could use online. That is exceptional customer service! Which was much appreciated as the shirt was $26! I recently visited this location looking for Wide-sized athletic shoes for my son, as they seem to…read morehave a better selection than other retailers nearby. The store was clean and neat, and I was greeted as soon as I entered. One of the employees even helped me find a section of wide sized shoes, and pointed out how to identify them by their boxes, which was very helpful. The difficult part came when I was trying to match up pairs. Many of the boxes were mismatched, and the shoes inside were different sizes or the left shoe would be standard and the right shoe would be wide, etc. The store was running a BOGO 50% off promotion, so I decided to pick out a 2nd pair of shoes for my youngest son as well. The promotion required the purchase of a new release style, in order to get your second pair 50% off. I didn't find this out until the cashier informed me of it at the register, so I had to go back and pick out a different pair of shoes than what I originally had wanted. I picked out a different style, and checked the right shoe in the box to make sure the size matched the box, which it did. When I was checking out, the cashier stated that they were checking both shoes to make sure they were the same sizes. I saw them open the box and inspect the shoes, but I still ended up getting a mismatched pair. The right shoe that I checked, was the correct size (5Y), but the left shoe that the cashier checked was two sizes too big (7Y). I found this out later that night when I got home, and my son tried the shoes on. I had to drive back to the store to get the correct left shoe. Overall, I would say the store has a good selection of new brands and styles, but you may spend time finding a matched pair. If you are looking for a bargain, you will have better luck at Ross or Marshals nearby.

One of the shoes had a manufacture's defect and the right shoe in the toe area was ripping. These sneakers were $104.99. I took them to a shoe repair shop and I was told basically it was a entailed repair and it would cost $30.00. Since the shoes were less than a month old I called the store this morning and spoke to Heather, the store manager. She was helpful on the phone. She checked to see if they had the same shoe in the store and found it and put it aside for me. I was initial impressed with her. BUT, it didn't last. When I arrived at the store I found the same sneakers in black and wanted to additional purchase them as well as exchange the defective pair. There are two huge signs in the window buy the first pair at regular price and get the second one at half price. I asked Heather if I could purchase the additional pair at half off. She said yes! Then when we got to the register and she looked at my receipt she changed her mind and said I had already purchased a pair at half off at the time of the initial transaction. I was in SHOCK! Where is the customer service!?! I was again purchasing a new pair of shoes at full price!!!! I should have been allowed to buy the second pair at half off. I was a very happy customer of this location. I have bought all my families sneakers at this store since they opened it. I will never be back again. I will drive to any other location. After all the money I've spent in that store to not be given the slightest customer service gesture is absolutely unacceptable. And lets' not forget that the whole reason this happened was I purchased a pair of shoes for over $100.00 that were defective!
