As of right now, we are at risk of having to shut down business and lose revenue, as well as employees being out of work, BECAUSE they are so horrible and refuse to and/or cannot do their jobs. We purchased a business and just need to transfer the service to our name before it is shut off. We have everything required by law but they can't figure out anything but how to twirl their hair. Business losses due to incompetence sounds like a good case my lawyer will gobble up.

We are not moving into the area for about a month, so starting service must be done online, as going to a physical location is simply not possible. I would prepare for this marathon if you find yourself outside the area and cannot go in person to a location. Honestly, I am not confident that in-person/physical location service would be any better if all three online means were this bad.

I would not recommend the company. I've been a customer for 2 years and six months. I missed a…read morepayment bc they never told me about how the card I placed on file could not be automatically charged. Then they sent my account to a collection agency. I never received an email or call. Then when I thought I had that straightened out the same thing happened when it was time to pay the quarterly bill for the rental of the propane tank??? I stopped by the Griffin location 4 times to speak with the CSA to find out that they are closed at 4 pm during the summer months. There was notice of this on the front door. I paid my bill in person. However, they did not contact the collection agency. That made it my responsibility, of course. Finally, though no fault of Spalding Gas I had a gas leak in my oven. The fire department came to confirm the leak. When I called Spalding Gas he strongly asked me to sign off that there was NOT a leak. I will admit that Andy did respond to my request for help. The last issue happened when they moved to McDonough which was not noted on their Goggle website. I will switch company's as soon as my tank is empty. Again, I would not recommend using this propane company.

Not good service: how about work on a Saturday to keep your customers happy. If they would have told me when I booked the appointment that they have one driver and can't keep up to fill their promised dates I would have used another company. I was not and took them at their word. They don't care if you run out of propane they have only one driver now, many people are running out of propane because they can't fill all the tickets they have. We ended up calling Harold's in Jackson's on a Friday at 3pm and they came Saturday morning, now that's good service.
