Very unhelpful, no customer service skills what so ever. If You're looking for anything other than RC airplane don't expect any help. As a matter fact if you're looking for a helicopter or helicopter parts (which they sell by the way) they will flat out ignore you. I just got started in RC Airplanes last year and this store has been instrumental in helping me along. They are active in both Skymasters and PMAC flight clubs and have a TON of experience in all things RC Planes. They have taken the time to explain all of my questions and always pointing me in the right direction...especially after I wrecked and had to rebuild =) Keep in mind, they do focus on RC Planes, some helicopter and some quads. If you are looking for RC cars, trucks, trains etc...I would recommend Nankin Hobby. I have been in the hobby for a few years and this little hobby shop is the best one I have ever been to for planes. They don't do cars and they try their best to help with helis. I didn't really like Larry's r/c and didn't like the prop shop at all. I have been to hobby shops all across the country and I still like this one the most. The staff is very friendly and very willing to help. I always have a good experience and they will help you get flying as fast as possible. They have really good prices and have good stock on most horizon hobby stuff and others. And if they don't have what you're looking for they can most likely order it for you. read more

Went there to grab a model rocket to shoot off with my brother and niece. Went during the day and was great talking with the 2 gentlemen. I just moved to the area and finally got settled in and decided to find a hobby shop for my Heli and airplane needs. I found the staff to be very polite and helpful. They have, to date, had everything I've needed from a canopy or servo for my Mcpx and 450X, or glue and strut supports for my planes. They have even given me tips on where to look for flying clubs and information on upcoming trade shows to swap out aircraft or perhaps get a bargain on some used equipment.
