Honestly very disappointed in staff. Decent amount of drinks for the price and our bartender was super awesome and food was good but our service was mediocre. Our table Left a fair tip for the service that was provided and the server Angelina was very aggressive and demanded more money, she went as far as getting in my friends face and bullying him for a bigger tip than she fraudulently added more money to her tip on the card that was charged on top of the extra cash she pried out of him. Very high priced for shockingly blah flavored food. Only one of the ceviche flavors was fair/tolerable, and that was due to the amount of soy sauce in it. There's not much to say about Flight, located among the myriad slots of the fading beauty, Luxor. It's kind of a sad little nook of a bar with built-in video poker to help pass the time as you wile away the hours, wishing you were at the hipper Cosmopolitan or the more posh Paris or even the kitschier Golden Nugget. But there are two things Flight has going for it: the grooviest little barstools I've seen. If I could stuff 4 of these bad boys into my carry-on luggage and take them back home to my basement lounge in Indiana, I totally would. These turquoise beauties are just adorable. And the second thing I like about Flight: the $20 worth of drink coupons in the booklet you receive upon checking in. I'm the kind of person who usually ignores these pamphlets because I assume it's all advertisements or there's some kind of fine print or catch. I never flip through them. For some reason I did this time, and I found the $20 drink coupon from Flight and totally didn't believe it. I've been to this restaurant before and it was so cool so i planned a brunch for my friends and I for her bachelorette party. I made a reservation about 2 weeks in advance and when we got there they made us wait outside for over 25 minutes and when allowed inside we were placed at a table that had been empty for the entire time. No one came over to say hello or take our order for another 25 minutes. I had to flag down the buss boy and request a manager. When the manager came over a we over heard a server saying nasty things about guest that were leaving out and he defended him and justified the poor service with too many ppl made reservations very nonchalantly. The service was horrible the food was pretty good our drinks were great. It was a disturbing experience and its disappointing because the concept is sooo cool with serving everything in 3's. Flight Bar is located in the casino of the Luxor Hotel & Casino directly across from the MLife Player's club desk. I usually go to this bar anytime I am staying at the Luxor or if I am just there to gamble. I always receive such good service from the bartenders here and they always go above and beyond to make sure my drinks keep coming! I don't know if it's because I tip them well or they just naturally are that attentive but either way the great service is appreciated. Whether you want to just come here to drink or gamble you can't go wrong taking a seat here. The video poker machines also include blackjack games but you must change the minimum bets to at least $2. The drinks you can choose from will be listed from the bartender while you are playing. It works the same as when you are at the slots and or table games. Only difference is you get the drinks a hell of a lot quicker than waiting on the cocktail waitresses lol. read more

Truly awful place, so much so I've sought it out for a review. I forget the bartender's name, but I wish I hadn't. He should have been fired on the spot with what I saw. Saturday night, me and two of my friends wanted to use our $20 coupon for drinks. There's a total of 5 people other then us at the bar. Instead of serving us right away, the bartender is cleaning up every empty bottle on the bar. No joke takes him 5 minutes to even recognize our presence. When he finally acknowledges us, we order 3 domestic beers. After doing other stuff for a few minutes, he finally opens up 3 beers, we almost 10 minutes into being at a nearly empty bar, we have a drink in our hands. Unsurprisingly our $20 doesn't cover the bill. We still owe $3. I tip him $2 even though he doesn't deserve it. Whatever, overpriced drinks in Vegas, that is nothing new. Well 2 minutes after we get our drinks a customer next to us is unhappy with a "weak" drink that the bartender made and he wants another one. With no other management in sight, the bartender completely loses his cool and says, "I don't make any f'ing weak drinks. That's a bunch of bull s***." They proceed to argue and we decide it's a good time to leave. MGM if you read this... you should be embarrassed that you employ someone who is A. A clueless bartender and B. Berates a customer when they complain with foul language. I don't think any customer would be missing anything if they closed this bar down. read more

It was a place we were able to chill in for a bit before moving on to the next thing. The set up and layout lends itself to a lot of in and out because it's so open. We stayed at the Luxor, and this was the bar that we went to each day once we had tried them all. It has a nice feel to it, the people are friendly (except one guy that was an arrogant jackass, but you know, you get that every so often), and they give you good drinks too. It is comfortable and convenient to the elevators to the pyramid rooms. One of the bartenders even took great pictures of us literally right after we got back from being married and they are some of the best that we have from our trip.
