Great for large groups. Huge facility with multiple floors. We had reservations on 4th floor and they sat us down looking at the Blvd. Parking lot and so we asked to be moved. They did accommodate, but not with a smile. Service and food were average at best. The appetizer was served cold and we sent it back and they were very nice about it, but it took another 15 min. To receive it back. Really liked the location on the strip and had easy access parking.

Not physically--but everything that made it special. Completely stripped away. The menu is different. The service is different. The beer selection feels different. Even the vibe--what used to feel unique and elevated--now feels flat and forgettable. We came back expecting the staples that made this place stand out: the white pizza, the wings, the beer lineup. Almost all of it--gone. We ordered the short rib fries, hoping for at least one win. Instead, it came out buried in what tasted like straight-up store-bought nacho cheese. Honestly inedible. I'm not someone who complains to staff. Ever. But this was one of the rare times I had to say something--because the drop-off in quality wasn't minor, it was shocking. I understand there were changes--new ownership, a new chef, things happen. It feels like a downgrade across the board. What's frustrating isn't just the bad experience--it's what this place used to be. This was one of my go-to spots every time I came to Vegas. Now it feels like just another generic, mediocre Strip restaurant. Until something changes again--menu, leadership, direction--I won't be back. And honestly, that's the worst part. The overall experience and food just made me sad and lowkey killed my vibe last night.

The notes were of spices, dried fruits, toasted caramel, and dark cocoa. The earthy hop notes bring in the extra fresh kick, rounded by a malty sweet finish. For dinner I ordered the Veganes Schnitzel which is a meat-free style of schnitzel made with soy protein and tempting spices, breaded and served crisp with potato-cucumber salad, cherry tomatoes and cranberries and it was completely vegan. I found both the beer and Schnitzel to be very flavorful. The live entertainment really added to the German experience. However, it was our server Celeste who really stole the show. She was friendly and sassy and as a softball player, she knew how to give a proper paddling to anyone who ordered a shot.

The bill ended up being nearly $250, with multiple add on charges throughout the meal. The server did mention ahead of time that there would be a charge for the kids cup since they don't offer disposable cups with straws, but paying almost $9.50 total for a child's apple juice and a basic non-souvenir cup felt excessive. The pretzel also didn't clearly indicate that the beer cheese was an extra charge, and there was an additional "house charge" added to the bill as well. The food itself was decent, but the overall experience became uncomfortable after payment when the tip amount was questioned. Between the pricing and the extra fees, the experience just didn't feel worth the cost.

Hub always orders the 3.65 beer for HH, while I go for the Atomic duck IPA for only 5 dollars. This particular night we decided to get tacos and pretzels. The tacos we chose were carne asada and they were quite good. The pretzels however I think were the winner. They come with three different sauces to dip, the cheese is amazing as well as the mustard sauces. Hopefully they will keep this menu the same for awhile...love going in here for Happy hour!

This was my experience at this Pub tonight, although as a local, I generally enjoy the Tuscany. I sat at the end of the bar, solo, and was completely ignored. One bartender was working while the other was chatting away with a guest, or buddy? I asked a passing food server if anyone was working my end of the bar, he politely mentioned to the chatty bartender where I was. Still, I sat and waited, feeling like my business was unnecessary. The bar is not that big, if one end is closed, put up a sign! If the server working my seat is on break, let the others know! So, I left and met up with some friends elsewhere. I stopped to mention this to the hostess as I exited, but she was assisting another diner with his complaint. In all my years in the business, this lack of service was never tolerated or allowed, so I guess the 365 staff is pretty lucky. This site needs to add a "zero" rating for a review.

Bartenders were very slow & even though my friend & I had been sitting at the bar for a bit the bartenders were waiting on new customer's who had come up to the bar after us & then taking orders again from people who had already been sitting @ the bar drinking. It was annoying....but the female blonde bartender did apologize to us for "the wait" which I appreciated that she did & also noticed we had been waiting awhile. She was nice & friendly and did check on us again. There was one guy down @ the end of the bar with a couple other men & he kept coughing & coughing & coughing without even covering his mouth....it got very annoying and eventually he left (thank God!) but then one of the guys started smoking a cigar and it was soooooo stinky & a chic behind us who was smoking a cigarette, which was stinky too. I know these bad habits are smelly but I wish the air circulation in this bar was better. I did enjoy my Lemon Lime Happy Dad seltzer & gambled a little bit but didn't win any money. I have been in this bar twice in the past & had a better experience so I'll give it 4 stars, just like with any place sometimes your visits can be good & sometimes not soo good!

We used to come to the Tropicana, years ago. There was a gracious, wonderful valet. There was history. There was pride. There were customers. This is the end of days for the Trop.
