People, don't waste your money, time, or energy. I ordered these shoes for Christmas thinking they would arrive soon, but the order didn't show up until January. I originally thought the shoes were coming from the States, but then I saw "HK" (Hong Kong) on the tracking--seems kinda sketchy. I tried calling the Miami location, and this guy kept hanging up in my face. Literally said "Duh" and hung up as if I won't come to the store and throw a brick at his dirty ass. This whole experience was unprofessional and frustrating. I don't trust the process, and I won't be doing business here again. I would NEVER recommend this site to anyone!!! I literally thought these were brand new shoes these are resold cleaned up shoes and I dont want them!!!! Now to cancel the order you have to keep writting these robots. My boyfriend is a sneaker head so he was happy when we came upon Flight Club. We waited in line about 20 minutes. Inside is bright and clean. Sneakers line the wall on either side from top to bottom. They have a large variety of shoes. They carry the latest styles and most popular brands. They even carry rare sneakers that you can't find at ordinary stores. They have a small selection of clothes and accessories. There were a few associates on the floor. I think one asked if we needed help. read more

I ordered a pair of Nike sneakers for my son. When they arrived they were too tight and the tags were in Chinese! I asked to exchange and they said we could not but we could resell on their site. We decided to sell them on another site and once we submitted with pictures they refused our listing because they are "inauthentic". When I contacted FlightClub they would not help us. Said all sales were final. They obviously do not vet their sellers/products and do not stand behind the customer. They don't seem to care that we were sold a fake. They offered us a $30 discount on next product, but we no longer trust this company! read more

I would never recommend this store. My daughter was just there and wanted to try on a pair of sneaker and the sales guy instead of bringing the shoes said they are $600 what he doesn't know that she has the money to buy the store. Accidentally ordered the wrong pair of shoes online and was unable to cancel my order within a half hour of placing it. The shoes were sent to me and when I opened the box, they were not the size I ordered. Trying to work with support to return the shoes, but they are being difficult. I placed another order on the site before the previous order had arrived and i noticed my account said they were "delivered". I reached out to support about this issue and they said there was an issue with my payment so they were going to refund me. I know there wasn't an issue with my payment, because the money was taken out of my account AND flight club had the owner of the shoes ship them to flight club. If I hadn't reached out, I never would have gotten the shoes or the refund. I don't post Yelp reviews, but I downloaded the app for this one. Can't recommend buying from this company at all. Anne Marie was so helpful, friendly and amazing!! I visited yesterday, Sunday 5/26/19 at 5:15pm & left to go to Versace. I wanted these $1400 Versace's but I wanted to go see what Versace had first since it was a block away. She helped me try them on and others and didn't get upset knowing there was a possibility I would not get them since I wanted to go to the Versace store itself. I went in Versace yesterday, Sunday 5/26/19 at 5:40pm with my 2 sons ages 16 & 14) after we had just been in Flight Club purchasing some Yeezy's and Ones. There was a spanish guy (employee) in a scooter (he had an injury) and another spanish guy who was an employee helping 2 spanish women. They talked for about 12 minutes and didn't even offer to assist my son's or I. I even walked up to both of them standing there waiting for help. They were talking in spanish so I do not know what was said. There was a black male at the door doing security. After I said well is anyone going to help me they both looked and kept talking to the spanish women. I walked out & went back to Flight Club (after visiting Versace & Gucci) and purchased the Versace shoes from Anne Marie that I was going to get from Versace. Oh well. I refuse to spend my money anywhere where I am not welcome. Anne Marie was awesome! She was so helpful and assisted me as well as other customers. She was very friendly!!! I will never go in that Versace store again! Flight Club ya'll rock!!!! Anne Marie was supposed to have been off @6:30 but she didn't mind staying and helping myself and another customer. read more

The guy I spoke with (a white tall guy with glasses and curly hair) treated me like I was retard or something like that and did't really wanted to help me choose a pair of shoes at all. I have no idea how this place gets five stars. We drove two hours to get here and to no avail. The folks that work here are pompous and arrogant. No, "can I help you,". No, "how are you today?" If the employees had just taken a minute to come talk to us they would have realized that my son is a total sneakerhead and appreciates everything about sneakers. My son's collection includes sneakers from Tinker Hatfield, Univ of Oregon basketball team, and also Doernbecker Hospital. I say this because when we came to this shop today, it was because we appreciate sneakers, their history and what they represent. We were just hoping to spend some time here and possibly even add to the collection. When we were met with incredible arrogance and contempt, we knew we had to take our business elsewhere. Me and my friend showed up 45 minutes before close. The worker at the door immediately turned us down saying he wasn't letting anyone in due to it being so close to closing but if we wanted to go in we could tip him. We gave him $50 and he still wouldnt let us in unless we gave $100. There, you will be able to create a submission online to list the item to sell. By this way, you can get the money you spent on them. You even might be able to sell them for a higher price!" just know, no matter what you order they can send you ANYTHING and will tell you to keep it. Do not use this website.
