Well when it comes to booking flights or flights and hotels there are many options out there on the web. I like Fight Centre as not only can you find them on the web, you can find them on the high street and you can speak to them on the phone, what's not to like. They do have the ability to hold seats for you if you need time to confirm who's travelling or just want to have that one last conversation before booking. The staff on the phone are very good and if not for the fact that I had one conversation with one staff member who did not inspire me with confidence I would have given them 4 stars. However the next staff member I spoke with no the phone put my mind at rest. Now depending on where you are jetting off to they may not be able to take payment down the phone. So it is good to know where your local branch is, that is if you have a local branch failing that perhaps one near where you work!! as with most companies they have that useful section on the website which locates them for you.
