Please don't book any tickets with ezy world travel. They are cheaters, will say to transfer money…read morefirst and issue e ternary ticket on that time and later on asking for more money and never issue confirm ticket .They ignoring my calls and messages and delayed in refund of money. They harass myself and my wife mentally till two months and still haven't return the money.

Worst possible travel agent i have come across... Bought a return ticket a month before departure…read moreand on the day of travel when trying to online checkin found out the ticket was invalid. Called EzyWorld Travel and was told i wil get a call back. abit later i got a callthat there has been a schedule change for her connecting flight from Singapore to Mumbai. I informed him that she had to get to Mumbai before 3pm as she had a flight from Mumbai to Kinshasa,Cong in Africa. After an hour of negotiation her flight was booked with Virgin Airlines from Melbourne to Singapore and Air India from Singapore to Mumbai. Was also informed that her return ticket would be sorted out in the next coming days and will get confirmation of it. I called Singapore airlines to figure out what had happened and was told the ticket hadn't been issued by the travel agent in the first place The day before my return i had still not received my return ticket, so i called and was informed by EzyWorld that all flights are completely booked out. And the only option is to catch a Malaysian Airlines flight ( Mumbai to Melbourne) on the 18th or China Southern flight ( Mumbai to Sydney) on the 19th. Was than told that i would have to pay for fair deference. At this moment The Malaysian airline flight was around $1250. EzyWorld agreed to pay 400 and i would have to bay the remaining amount of around $850. I ended up booking the one way ticket back with my own expenses
