Definitely the most unprofessional company that I have ever dealt with. After cancelling my flights TWICE by failing to issue tickets on time, they tried to ask me to change to a different date, which I was unable to do forcing me to request a refund and book with another agent for a higher price due to the extra 2 months I waited while Ezy World lied their way around their mistakes. In order to live up to their stellar reputation, they also took three weeks to issue a refund and refused to provide compensation for the loss suffered because of the additional ticket that needed to be booked. It is unfortunate that this company doesn't seem to realise that their inability to rectify their mistakes is only damaging their business. I only hope that there aren't too many other people who get trapped into using this company (even if they offer you a ticket for free it isn't worth the time it will take you to fix it). read more
