I got a quote from another company which we knew had done good work and they quoted us the same price as Fearno had. Friends of ours had used Fearno so we decided to go with them. They did not do a good job. We had to ask them to come back to straighten out the gates, correct the waving in the fencing and several other issues with the project. The fence still looks like someone had done it for the first time and the ties that they used to tie the fencing to the posts and rails are terrible! They stick out and we are constantly catching our clothes on them. He actually tried to tell us that the reason some of his fencing and gates looked so uneven that it was because of our land.!!! We have asked him several times to come back to fix the fence and he continues to ignore my calls. We made a big mistake of paying him cash and now we know better. I tried to report him to the Better Business Bureau but he is not even registered there. We are pretty upset that we paid all of this money. I would NEVER recommend him to anyone.

In addition we had a new sprinkler system installed and added trees and plants. JNK/ Naji specifically was phenomenal in communication - extremely rare in this line of work. Naji was always very responsive and with a positive attitude. His staff showed up on time, respectful and took pride in their work. We are VERY happy with the results. We now have the outdoor living room and space we wanted. They were not the cheapest but we were willing to pay a little extra to ensure the schedule was adhered to and the quality and warranty. Not chasing someone down for the next step is the project and having this substantially completed in under 2 weeks is amazing. Definitely recommend JNK.

I am sure there are other great landscaping businesses out there, but the reviews were key for me - I had nothing else to go by, since we haven't used any landscaping services. Reviews were accurate. Service-communication: very good. My main contact was James. Took a lot of time with us. We were going from scratch, so it took a while for us to figure out what we wanted. Plus, had to get HOA approval for a pergola - never fun, but finally got through that. Second contact was Ali toward the end with the irrigation and plants. Easy to deal with. Once the contract was signed, they indicated 2-3 weeks to begin, and that was accurate. Supply delivery began about five days prior to commencing work. The initial crew wasted no time getting to work. They kept the premises clean. Everyone professional. Quality: All I can say, is so far so good! Nice paver work, Pergola looks great. Electrical all appears properly done. Turf looks great. We are very happy with the results. Everyone cleaned up after themselves. Delays: none of any consequence. Toward the end, had to wait for the pergola parts to arrive. About three weeks to complete entire job.

Jake, Jorge, and the entire team were fantastic from start to finish. As remote owners, dependability and communication were extremely important to us. They showed up when they said they would, did what they said they were going to do, communicated with us constantly, and most importantly, finished the project on time. Anyone who has done a major construction project in the Valley knows how rare that can be. Communication was top-notch throughout the entire project. They responded quickly whenever we had a question, request, or change and made managing such a large project remotely much easier than we expected. Camelback Hardscapes is not the cheapest option, but after going through a project of this size with them, they are absolutely worth every penny. The quality, reliability, communication, and execution set them apart. They are truly one-of-a-kind and the only company we would want to go back to for future outdoor projects.
