I explained this to the desk staff and was not told anything about there being a age limit and my 11 year old would not be allowed in. After they got our money/membership we were told that our son could not come in. My sons membership was never used as it was the same day and the business was completely unwilling to work with us. Refusing to issue a refund for the unused membership. Completely horrible business practices do not give these people a dime you will regret it.

This is why the 24 hour places do so well. You don't need a lot of staff, but you need to provide access. Disappointed that they closed the racquetball courts as well. You already had them.
