The office is easily accessible (off a well-traveled highway) and was very clean and inviting. I actually got a referral from my primary care physician on a Monday, received a call on Wednesday, and my appointment was scheduled for Thursday! All this in the same week! The medical team was exceptional in explaining my upcoming procedure and answering all my questions. Ms L. Santiago, NP and Dr. C. John were everything any patient should expect when seeking medical advice and/or care. A+ service!

They've extracted close to $5000 from our pockets and NOTHING has helped my pain. The front desk staff are unfriendly, always on the defensive mode and all have attitudes. All this place knows to do is to charge money, w/o the patient getting any results!! (Dr. Bauman & Dr. Johns are nice, but nice don't do much for the pain).

N.P Tom Gann has loads of experience in many different aspects of the medical field. Love love love this practice! Super clean, friendly, and educating. Tom was very thorough in questions, obtaining back medical history and provided me with a great care plan to help clear up my acne scars and discoloration. I would highly recommend him not just for his professional manner but the overall customer service him and his team provides. This practice will do very well.

It's so bad after 6 attempts to confirm an appointment and that an FNP will be there on a Sunday, that I gave up. I provided 3 different phone numbers that we have and each time the annoying automated bot voice told me they were not associated with the account. I cannot find any other phone number to call. No phone listed for the corporate offices either. The little clinic website is apparently only on facebook, which is totally inconvenient for such a business. I finally got through to an actual person who tried to verify my appointment that I earlier made online but wanted to confirm that an FNP would be available on a Sunday. She was very patient and helpful but could not find the appointment I had made. She finally found the appointment, stating the difficulty was due to the lack of a middle name or initial. But there was no place on the online appointment process to give a middle name or initial.
