She had sent me out a consultation sheet before we met and then spend an hour and half going over my health and fitness goals, issues, etc. I already knew a little bit about Ayurveda health programs, but she went into details about how it could help me to achieve greater health and energy. Yoga is part of their program and they have two locations in New Hampshire. She plans to send me an extensive report and web sites to help me cook and learn yoga. Once I get it all back I will update this review, but so far I am impressed with the knowledge and facility. They offer so many health programs and their facility was amazing. Dry saunas, massage rooms, Ayurveda treatments. Really impressive. The drive was a bit more than hour from Boston. Worth it!
