I suffered for about a week or so before getting to her. She was able to help be identify the emotional reason why I was having back pain. She also had introduced me to her Chakra Balancing. I wasn't quite sure what to expect. I came back to her three days before surgery, to help prepare my mind and body. I left her place feeling invincible. I previously was very scared for my up coming surgery! I suffer from anxiety and I can honestly tell you that after a session on Sunday and surgery wed 6am, I feel amazing!! I can not explain it, I was not scared at all. Not even anxious. I was the most confident and calm I have ever seen myself, and it was one of the scariest moments of my life, my husband was in shock. I was joking with the surgeon and felt I was back to be carefree happy self. And now is 5 days since surgery and I am healing very good. No pain. No bruising. The nurse was shocked at how fast I am healing. Lourdes has an amazing gift to help people. She is pure love and kindness. I feel so blessed to have crossed paths with her. Thank you Lourdes for following your heart and using your gifts to make this world a better place

After one massage from Alejandro I left and for the first time in three years had complete range of motion. The pain was gone. He's relieved my chronic arthritic pain in my back. Yesterday I saw him for carpal tunnel complicated by arthritis in the wrists. I can open jars and zip lock bags with absolutely no pain. I worked in a hospital for 22yrs and not one of the doctors that I worked with or saw as a patient had the knowledge of anatomy that Alejandro has. They just dispensed medication and hoped it would help. He explains in detail how one pain is caused by several factors including lack of stretching. No pills or potions just the most amazing massage which is actually a treatment. No more phony "massages" for me. He has been and is my only source of pain relief and stress relief. If you have any pain anywhere please go see the Master of Massage. I will be forever grateful for his kindness and professionalism.

BE WARE!! PATRON AT YOUR OWN RISK!The owner, Jack, quite literally almost killed me…read more He cracked my neck and gave me an aggressive massage even though I kept telling him it was too much. He cut off circulation to my brain (the point on the side of your neck to make people black out) and what was supposed to be a quick massage turned into permanent disability. Their "cracking service" is outside of their scope of practice. They are not licensed to nor allowed to by law adjust people or manipulate spines intentionally. I have 10 herniated disc discs due to "Jack" pushing my head into my spine. He originally cracked my neck and I told him to stop that I didn't want him to do any cracking. He was very condescending toward me and told me that 'just a massage is no good.' He proceeded to put me in a lock with his arms around my body and pushed my head down into my spine. Shortly thereafter I passed out. I was in a neck race for almost 2 months and have permanent damage. He provided videos of him performing the massage when subpoenaed by the court during litigation. For whatever reason, he was intensely more aggressive during my massage than with other clients. This large man was standing on a bench, pushing his whole body weight into my spine. He pushed some vertebrae forward in my lower back and now I have nerve damage on both of my legs (happens to be the nerve connected to the sciatic nerve - and it's pinched on both the lest and right side). At the time of my massage they did not have any liability insurance and I cannot imagine that after this lawsuit, they are able to get any at any location. Clients beware and do not go here! I am unfortunately not the only one he has permanently injured - check out his Google reviews as well! this is all public information- search clerk of courts or the business name and you will find the suit.

The float pod is filled with Epsom salt and water is heated to skin temperature so it's super comfortable. The high concentration of salt makes it easy to float on your back and the tank is large enough for you to stretch. The tank is soundproof and can be made dark or you can keep the light on. If you make it dark this gives you a sensory deprivation experience that will encourage you to go into a quiet, meditative state while floating. Upon arrival, I was greeted by signs marking 'parking for Cold Plunge guests.' Given the possible busy nature of the parking lot, it's reassuring to know that there's no need to walk very far and worry about parking! Once inside, I was impressed by the new and polished gym. This rather spacious room leads to the tubs and sauna area, which are located near the employee's office. Upon entering, I received a welcome from the knowledgeable and very kind staff. They answered all my questions about how cold water therapy works, providing me with a strong understanding. Their understanding not only of the physiological component but also the mental one blew me away! I decided to take the plunge! Having never done this before, I spent about three minutes in the cold water the first time. The experience was certainly unique. The staff was incredibly helpful in coaching me and explaining how to control my breathing. By the second time, I had a better understanding, thanks to their help. The sauna was a great bonus and a lovely place to relax. Restrooms and fresh towels were readily available. The entire building was clean and well-organized. After some small talk with the staff, I learned that this is the first Cold Plunge facility in South Florida, with more to come possibly. Here's to looking forward to more plunges in 2024 and beyond!
