I can't say it was a great, or fair, experience... but when compared to other mechanics & services they are definitely the lesser evil. --don't get me wrong, I like then, but don't get it twisted, it's ALL about money!! You as the customer are gonna pay above standard prices for average labor - which is better than above standard prices for shjt service everywhere else ... for example I was at *Phoenix auto-repair and it quickly became a nightmare, which I'm taking them to court for , that's how I ended up at Mac's to fix the horrid mistakes the other mofo inflicted on my van. If you do Mac's for more than basic maintenance, I suggest you go in on Tuesday; Mondays is a shjt show there; they close their "tickets" on Fridays, they have a half day on Saturday, and don't open Sunday - hence Monday drama... When I say they close their tickets- I also mean you best hope they are done with your vehicle cause they mentally reset & you get what you get on Saturday, grant that they in general do a good job at fixing the initial problem ... definitely, they will get you rolling out - but if an issue is not on the list ...say an issue not related or is parallel to the issue being fix - they are not inclined to ' see' ... They never test drive - either out of confidence or business model-- they jûst don't -- & looked at me if I had two heads for suggesting it... As you can tell I spent a lot of time and money at Mac's... It was fkn tedious... But I'm glad it was them... and not an undoubtable a-hole, like the one I originally escaped from!!

I really appreciate the extra step they made while repairing the initial issue... I had both axles replaced... Tie-Rods and boots... Alignment... Tire rotation... I let him know I could work on my vehicle myself I just didn't have the park for the electric braking system. From that point you should have known that I was going to check it.
