I called from USA and wanted to order flowers to be delivered on the same day for a special occasion. I spoke to Thomas who speaks good enough English and he was very helpful. After talking on the phone we communicated using email. I asked Thomas if he could email me a sample of what they would deliver before we completed the transaction and he was kind enough to quickly put something together and emailed me couple of preliminary pictures of the arrangement. After 30 minutes the order was confirmed and a beautiful flower arrangement was delivered on the same day as promised !! Cost of the arrangement and the delivery was very reasonable.
