It's a small location with tons of fresh flowers and already made bouquet and vases. I had purchased three pink roses for 26$. I'm assuming the high cost is due to Valentine's Day. They also had little vases (5x5x5 inches) with little roses in it. Those setups were...99$. Upon scanning the store, I noticed many bouquets to be overpriced. Too overpriced if you ask me. I doubt I'll go here except for the lovers holiday. That being said, the prices may be high but customer service was great.

The picture of the arrangement online was beautiful. Upon delivery, they delivered white, pink and yellow roses, no tulips (was later told it was not in season) and no yellow stock as they had run out. Without consulting us prior to making the changes, delivered a very sad looking arrangement, and did not offer a replacement. Overall very frustrating experience considering we spent over 120$ for this. Go somewhere else.

They had no idea and needed to check and call me back. 2 hours passed and no call back. I called again and this time was told that they would try to deliver them within the next few hours - now mid afternoon. Of course no one was home to receive the flowers so the delivery person just left them on the doorstep in very cold weather. Needless to say that the birthday gift was less than desired and the flowers did not last 2 days. Not exactly what I expected for $92. When I called to complain I was told that it was very unfortunate but they tried their best. No offer to compensate nor mitigate their poor service. Their website assures same day delivery if you order by noon on the same day. I figured my delivery would arrive before 6:30 pm the next day!! I called the place twice on the day of the delivery and was told at around 4 pm that it was on its way. I called again at 5 pm and I did get upset with the lady as the bouquet hadn't arrived yet. She then told me I was hurting her feelings by being aggressive. I told her that her 'soon' to me meant within a half hour and that the bouquet hadn't been delivered yet. She then said it would be there within an hour. No, it arrived an hour and half later and it was a lovely bouquet but not as big as the one shown on their site which I had ordered and paid for. It was smaller, closer to the basic option. Also, they charged $14 dollars for delivery for a local one. I could have done better ordering from someone else on island. I will never again order from them.
