I ordered online form KL Flora as they were close to the receiver's address. I ordered a deluxe bouquet online the night before around 5 pm. Their website assures same day delivery if you order by noon on the same day. I figured my delivery would arrive before 6:30 pm the next day!! I called the place twice on the day of the delivery and was told at around 4 pm that it was on its way. I called again at 5 pm and I did get upset with the lady as the bouquet hadn't arrived yet. She then told me I was hurting her feelings by being aggressive. I told her that her 'soon' to me meant within a half hour and that the bouquet hadn't been delivered yet. She then said it would be there within an hour. No, it arrived an hour and half later and it was a lovely bouquet but not as big as the one shown on their site which I had ordered and paid for. It was smaller, closer to the basic option. Also, they charged $14 dollars for delivery for a local one. I could have done better ordering from someone else on island. I will never again order from them. read more

They ruined Mother's Day by not delivering on time. We ordered early to be sure they would come and they never did. No phone call. I tried to call them and one number was out of service and one had a full mailbox. Overpriced as well. We spent a lot hoping it would be a nice surprise. What a disappointment. My sister from Alberta sent me an arrangement yesterday. It is totally wonderful! It's nicely arranged but it also includes so many fresh and different varieties of flowers. I would give 0 stars if I could. Worst florist ever. I ordered 2 standard bouquets on the morning of Valentine's Day. By 3pm I called the florist to follow up on the order and they told me the transaction hadn't gone through and that the online system undercharged me for the delivery to the East End. They never even tried to reach me by email or phone to let me know about this issue. I placed the order again, accepted to pay the extra delivery due to the rush and was promised the bouquets would be delivered by 5pm. At 5pm nothing had been delivered so I had to get the addresses changed. By 9:30pm no bouquets had been delivered so I cancelled the Bouquet for which they charged extra delivery service and the other only got delivered at 10:30pm. When the recipient received the Bouquet, they sent me a picture and it turns out it wasn't even what I had ordered!!!!!! Never buying from them again and I will certainly never recommend them. read more

Very bad service and unclear goals when planning a wedding with them. They will say something and completely say the opposite another time therefore you're gambling and risking being disappointed. Go to another florist is all I can say, don't take a chance here. read more

Absolutely horrible. I ordered from them more than a week prior to the delivery. Not only did they not deliver when they were supposed to but didnt even attempt to contact me nor the recipient to reschedule. I had to call and insist that they call the recipient in advance. When they finally delivered, two days after the specified delivery, half the order was missing and they was no name signed to the card. When I contacted them to request a partial refund, their email addressed returned a permanent delivery failure, it didnt exist. I will continue to contact them until I am refunded. How bad is this place? Bad enough to make me sign up for Yelp in order to post a review. I waited last minute to buy my mother flowers on Mother's Day. Now, I know that Mother's Day, along with Valentine's Day, are like Christmas to florists, so I know I'm going to be overcharged. I am actually ok with paying more, but what they charged me was bloody criminal. I asked for the price of their white and stargazer lilies and was quoted a price PER BLOSSOM. It was $5 per blossom, which is ridiculous. I guess I didn't make enough of a fuss because suddenly the woman corrected herself and said it was $6. Think about that; an average stem of a lily will have 3 or 4 blossoms. That's $18 and up for one flower. Sadly, I was in a huge rush and had no choice, and boy oh boy did they plan on capitalizing on that. I told the woman my budget was $50 as I was planning on buying a potted plant as well, and she made me a crappy bouquet of eclectic weeds that consisted of one stem each of the white and stargazer lily, A daisy (yes, ONE) and a single crap rose. As I waited for my mediocre pile of weeds to be assembled, I asked for the price of their potted azaleas. The guy came back and told me they were $70. You can usually find them anywhere else for $20. But hey, if that's too steep for you, you can opt for a half-dead African violet for $30. As I continued to wait, a family came in to file a complaint. The mother had been waiting for five hours for her delivery and they were extremely angry about the service provided. Another woman came up front to address the situation (I'm guessing she's the owner) and attempted to justify her work by pointing to a bouquet of roses that looked like they had been bought from the grocery store. When that failed to quiet her customers, she attempted to pass the buck to the delivery guy. Well, at least I got some entertainment while I was waiting. The worst part about this whole experience was that after being swindled, I then had to hand over a pile of crap to my mother. Which would have been fine, if I hated her. However, I do not. My mother is awesome, which is why I was willing to spend a fortune on flowers, I just wished the bouquet would have done the price a little more justice. Honestly I think it would have been classier if I would have made her a macaroni necklace. read more

I ordered a precious heart floral arrangement from FTD and the arrangement I got from KL Flora Design was a poor copy. the carnations were supposed to be pink baby carnations, I got 6 orange regular carnations, was supposed to get red matsumoto asters, got 4 stems of regular red daisies, had upgraded to better bouquet, only had 3 roses in it. Expected a lovely pink arrangement with at least 15 stems, was sadly disappointed. Sent them back. Lets hope they can do better with the corrected order. read more
