On our way to wasteland weekend and booked a suite last minute. The hotel is very inviting and has a calm and laid back ambience welcoming travelers. The suite is a spacious bungalow with a separate kitchen, and bedroom. The front room is spacious, and boasts a cute vintage brown leather couch, a pair of sitting chairs and a large flat screen tv. The front porch area is super cute. The morning breakfast consists of flaky buttery croissant's, coffee, juices, yogurt, oatmeal and some fruit options. The pool is nice and there is plenty of lounge chairs to relax and soak up the sun. A lovely experience overall and will definitely stay here again when visiting Palm Springs.

Love this hotel . Great customer service , Shout out to Bree, she took care of us from check-in all the way till we checked out. This hotel is on a small property so getting around is easy. Well decorated hotel with awesome murals painted all over the hotel . They do have their own gated parking lot so your car is safe, but the parking spaces can be a little tight . They do have bikes you can use if you want to explore the town and the bikes have gears which I like. Where the hotel is located is sort of the beginning of Palm Springs . So if you decide to take the bikes in to downtown, the bike ride is easy since it's going down hill. On the way back it's going to be a little harder so take it easy and change the gears on the bike. Theres are a few darn good places to eat around the hotel thats minutes away walking. Downtown Palm Springs is 6 minute car ride tops . I will definitely come back to this place . It's quiet , and it's cozy especially with the gas bon fire pits . Great boutique hotel, leave the kids at home and get a glass of champagne at the bar!

Fleur Noire Hotel did not disappoint! My sister and I booked this hotel for our birthday and we had a great time. Our room was huge, and it was more a bungalow than a room. The clubhouse was a nice touch for snackies and continental breakfast that had coffee, oj, oatmeal, and croissants. The location was great where it was close enough yet far enough from all of the hustle and bustle. One of our favorite things about Fleur Noire was their pool. It was a decent size and tons of seating, loungers, and umbrellas around the pool. There are only two minor fixes in our opinion, the ceiling fan in #13 doesn't always work, and change up the music a bit around the property. With that being said; I highly recommend this property!

Loved everything about this hotel! Bree was so nice and helpful the whole weekend!!! This hotel has such a cute style and makes for a relaxing weekend. The amenities were perfect! Complimentary bikes, snacks, welcome glass of rose, floaties for the pool. It's close to restaurants and liquor stores. Perfect place for a getaway. We left feeling refreshed! Thanks again Fleur!

The grounds are beautiful, there is so much to explore and do here. The location is fantastic, easy walking distance to downtown Palm Springs.the beds were fantastic, we slept well and felt well rested. The bathrooms are nice and the breakfast was tasty. Excellent hotel option for Palm Springs, highly recommended!

We decided last minute to do a Palm Springs Christmas getaway and we found this hotel online and were immediately mesmerized. Sometimes online can be too good to be true but when we arrived, we immediately fell in love. Photos resemble what it looks like in real life, which is always a plus! The price per night is also very reasonable in Palm Springs and the amenities offered (like the free bikes) make it even more worth it. There's a gated parking lot for guests and a door code to get through the main area. The floral murals and pastel chairs bring all the Palm Springs vibes I was looking for. Bri was so friendly and explained everything to us right when we checked in. Communication was incredible too. They use a texting platform as well that you can use which is great. Room: We got a standard studio which was very spacious in the main bedroom. Bathroom is equipped with a standing shower, specific towels for makeup (so smart), and underneath the sink is a steamer for use too (but don't overfill it like me). There is a little nose seeping through from the outside, but that didn't mind us at all cause it's that soothing vibes hotel music. One suggestion is to have a couple of hangers handy so we can use the steamer. One thing to note is that the bed sheets and linens are AMAZING. So soft and plushy, I want to know what the brand is. There's also a mini fridge and keurig machine for you to use. Additional Amenities: In the main area, there's a shared pantry with croissants in the morning, La Croix and juice/milk and keurig cups of tea/coffee/hot chocolate for you to enjoy for free. Plus other snacks and fruits! Pool is heated to 88 degrees at all times and there are fire pits that staff can turn on, a life-size chess and bean bag toss. All super fun and cozy to hang out. Plus there is the CUTEST rose bar available too. Amenities and the music outside end at 10. We loved using the bikes as Fleur Noire is right on Palm Canyon Drive so it's an easy bike ride to the art museum and you can go further to the Morten botanical gardens. Overall, we had the best time and would book again at our next trip to Palm Springs!

Fleur Noire is probably my #1 most favorite hotel I have EVER stayed at. Perfect location, walking distance to main strip with lots of shopping and food. They have bikes you can take as well which I utilized when I wanted to get places a little bit farther. Employees were above and beyond friendly and accommodating. They have a nice little area with granola bars, yogurt, fruit, juice, coffee, and tea for breakfast in the morning and throughout the whole day. The pool is absolutely lovely. Great temperature with lots of seating. Rooms are too cute. The beds were insanely comfortable. I really have no complaints about this hotel. Perfect for bachelorette parties, girls trip, couples getaway, really any occasion. It is adults only though, so no families with young kids. If you are in Palm Springs you have to stay here!!!

Wine and chanpagne bar.. really cute.

Bri at the front desk( the back desk, the bartender, greeter and reservationist ) was fabulous. This was our first time and it was a nice experience. She was supe helpful and fast and did it all with a smile +5 stars. Thank you Bri! I'm not a boutique hotel type of person so I am not sure if this is the vibe ( dated furniture, but very cleaned ) The bed was comfy but if you moved you felt like the slats were going to break. Might be time for new bed frame management :)We stayed on the 5th of July so the pool was pretty murky when we got there. I understand the 4th of July was the day before had a big crowd but that should have been cleaned after for new arriving guests -1star. It is in a good location right as you enter Palm Springs . The back gate gives you easy access to Main Street and awesome sushi place , burger joint and a cool pub up the street. We ate breakfast at Ricks. It was good but do not recommend there chilaquiles. If your a boutique hotel type of person this may be for you..

Best new boutique hotel in Palm Springs. They're rated 5 stars for a reason, and it's legit. They are going above and beyond on all the details. I'm almost hesitant to add to their glowing reviews, because before long this place will be booked out for months and months. Parking outside the hotel is super easy and convenient. There's also a gate code to walk onto the property, which makes it feel safe. Corey greeted us with a warm welcome, and a full list of great restaurants and cocktail bars to visit. Everything he shared with us was exceptional and truly added to our fun visit. We wished we'd booked two nights instead of just one! The rosé walk up bar is basically what Instagram dreams are made of, and I could not resist the opportunity for a photo. Corey let us try a few samples of rosé before deciding on a bottle (their bottles are very affordable compared to restaurants and hotels. Hardly any markup). The minutey was our favorite. Then Corey took us over to our room, which was right by the pool. The amenities are excellent. Cute little room with retro decor, and a floral vibe. Loved the bed the most. It felt like sleeping in a fluffy cloud. I even asked for all the details of their linens and they emailed me a full list! Ordered the sheets immediately and saved the rest for the future. Only complaint is that the bathroom is very small. Very little sink room or shower space. Other than that, it's great. They also have snacks! For breakfast, they had French press coffee, oatmilk and half and half, orange juice, sparkling water, bananas, apples, oranges, chips, fig bars, and croissants. You have access to the pool and snacks all day after you check out, and they even have a changing room for your convenience. For those complaining about the price, this place is so affordable, especially since it feels like a 4 star hotel. It's cheaper than 'nice' 4 star places in LA and it's 1000% better. In addition, the service here is excellent. They really care if you have a good time. Corey brought over our bottle of rosé in a bucket of ice with two glasses. Basically bottle service by the pool. This hotel was the quintessential Palm Springs experience and I took all the photos that my husband's generous patience allowed. What a romantic, adults-only stay in a beautiful place. Can't wait to return.

Can't say enough things- (wasn't asked to write a review, sincerely I asked "where can I share my experience "). Clean, beds incredibly comfortable, spacious, quiet at night but fun with great music and pool in daytime, awesome tasty coffee and light food in shared space in the morning (fresh croissants, proteins bars, fruit, oatmeal). Accessible to everything. The staff was on TOP of it. Brie greeted us with a glass of rose and a tour of the property, was exceptionally responsive and proactive to any needs, we felt so cared for! Will ABSOLUTELY return.

Amazing pool!!

"Brie is truly an exceptional concierge at Fleur Noir hotel. Her expertise and welcoming demeanor added so much to our experience. We are grateful for her outstanding service and will always remember the great time we had thanks to her. The property, pool and murals make this a must stay destination!!

This was by far the best hotel stay I have ever had in my life. From the location, to the theme, and the ambiance, it was truly unforgettable. Bre was an absolute delight and helped my friend and I with checking in and giving us a tour. The All-Day Rosé bar was such a cute touch and all the hand-painted florals on the walls was more breath-taking in person. I will 1000% come back here when I make a trip out to Palm Springs. Definitely check this place out please! You will not regret any second of it. Thank you for taking such great care of us! See you again soon!

How does the bike situation work? Are there locks you provide? Any other colors besides pink?

When I was there, they provided a lock for us! It just hooks to the bike so you don't need a bag to carry it in, the bike will carry it! I think they were all pink.

On 1/1, while using the hot tub on site, the chlorine stripped the dye right out of the fabric of my swimsuit within about 10 minutes. By the next morning, my partner's swim shorts were also bleached and permanently damaged. The photos speak for themselves - this was severe chemical damage, not normal wear. While we were at the pool that day, a staff member told us the hot tub had been chlorinated that morning. Two of our personal items were ruined after a single use following same-day maintenance. The total replacement cost for my swimsuit alone is $240. Fabriv damage occurring within minutes is commonly associated with significantly elevated chlorine levels, not normal use. Given how quickly the dye was stripped from our swimwear, this raised serious concerns about whether the facilities were safe for guests to be using at that time. What's far more upsetting than the damage itself is the hotel's lack of response. We reported this while still on property and followed up multiple times afterward. Management was dismissive, denied responsibility, and told us to take it up with Booking.com. Since then, Booking.com has attempted multiple times to contact the hotel on our behalf and the property has not responded at all. Accidents happen. Equipment issues happen. But refusing to acknowledge a clear problem, deflecting responsibility, and then completely ignoring repeated attempts to resolve it is unacceptable. The lack of accountability and communication is what truly ruined this experience.

Very friendly, helpful, informative. So no problems there. So I think it's the management and the operator of the hotel. Inside the rooms, even after a recent renovation, it's just fine. There's nothing noticeable and there's nothing I'll think about or mention as a great part of the room. Everything is fine. During conferences or events, they may close certain parts of the hotel to other guests. That happened to me but didn't affect my impression of the hotel. I did speak with front desk to get some fees waived due to facilities being closed to non-conference guests. The other thing is with this resort fees, there's nothing worth any value included. So they advertise fitness facility and internet. That is basic and should be included in the rate, not resort fee. If you want to use the sauna in the spa, that's another $50 day pass fee on top of the resort fee. I understand other hotels do this but I am not into normalizing this. This is more a practice in the US, when you travel to Asia and Europe, saunas are at least included. Fees on top of rates on top of fees is a continuing practice at US hotels that I will be calling out and reflecting in reviews and to hotel staff. Anyway, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. It's fine if you want to check it out. I've stayed at other hotels in the area and would recommend those, esp at this price point you have the world of options.

I was a little scared when I read that most of the recent reviews were negative. I was thinking "oh no! What did I get us into." This place is a blast from the past. The decor is that of a mid century modern and is a really cozy quadrangle set up. The interior feels homey and the property is set up like an air bnb with shared amenities. They play 1950s music all day on speakers throughout the complex, it creates that vintage feel but can get repetitive after a few days. Lounge with tables, board games, travel brochures, couches, fire place, coffee and tea, and industrial kitchen for use during your stay. (Old reviews mention happy hour, breakfast, snacks, etc. these are no longer offered but why not just bring your own?) Each room has microwave and mini fridge. Outdoor gas fire pit for use. The pool is small but has a deep end 8ft which is nice. There are pool noodles and some tubes to use. The hot tub is spacious and powerful jets. We stayed in the Hawaiian surf room, loved the theme it was so cute and felt like a tropical getaway. The shower is small but functional. Good AC unit with a remote control and ceiling fan. Surfboard coffee table and wicker love seat add to the tropical feel. Overall this was a nice private getaway. You can be left alone to relax! If you need anything you can text the hotel and someone replies super quick in my experience. The hotel feels very secure with codes needed to enter the complex and security cameras at the entrance and surrounding the complex. (Probably for management to check and make sure everything is running smoothly). I would stay here again in a heartbeat and I have stayed at a few different boutique hotels in the area. This would be a top choice! Please realize this is an older complex and it does show some wear and tear but come on the building is probably 100 years old or somewhere close to that. If you are expecting a sterile, high end, resort feel for your stay this is not your place... but otherwise this is a great choice! I couldn't help but feel bad for the owners with all of the really bad reviews on here because that was truly not my experience. There are 10 rooms available and each one is a different theme in the 1950s. I stayed for two nights in the Crooners room and I enjoyed my stay a lot. When I arrived, Tim, the inn keeper assisted me with my room keys and showing me around the property. My room was decorated with the Rat Pack and I loved it. All rooms are a maximum of two people with a hot tub, refrigerator with water, microwave, and coffee maker, air conditioning, and DVD player. If you'd like, bring a DVD and popcorn to enjoy during your stay. The bed was pretty comfortable. There were more than enough pillows which I'm guilty of using more than one pillow while I sleep. I love how the comforter was linen on the outside, but cozy and warm on the inside. The Crooners room has two sinks, but I only used one. There is happy hour everyday at 5pm by the pool or communal area with snacks and beer or wine. During my stay there were chips and salsa and the following day was veggies with dip, with of course a drink of choice. Really nice touch added to my stay. It's been a while since I have stayed in a bed and breakfast and I love the homeyness here. Breakfast is served in the communal dining area with hand sanitizer provided. The three-course breakfast starts with a fruit smoothie, a fruit parfait and a hot breakfast. For breakfast they served blueberry pancakes with sausage and the following day it was quiche with artichoke hearts and potatoes. I loved the service here so much. You sit at a table and they serve the food to you. The pool is open 24 hours will pool floaties available to use as well. Another thing I like about this place is that because there aren't many people (max 40 people at a time) it is highly likely you will get the pool to yourself. When I checked out and left the property I told my husband I would enjoy staying here again. I really enjoyed my stay here and highly recommend you stay here too.
