I've been a customer of Victoria's since just before the pandemic, and until recently, the service was consistently excellent--truly above and beyond. Lately, though, I've noticed a steady decline. Inventory has been dwindling, basic supplies are often out of stock, and even essentials like nicotine juice--the core of what makes it a vape shop--are no longer reliably available. It feels clear that the store may be closing. The shelves are bare, the space feels emptied out, and there hasn't been any communication. That's the part that's most frustrating. As a loyal customer base that has supported the business over time, it doesn't seem unreasonable to expect some transparency--at the very least, a heads-up or even a simple recommendation for where to go next. Instead, it feels like everything is just disappearing without a word. I understand that businesses face challenges and sometimes have to shut down, but communication matters. Quick and easy smoke shop if you find yourself in Metairie outside New Orleans. I needed to find a small glass piece, and they had a limited selection. First off their juice is just plain good. Leagues above what I was using before I discovered these guys. Secondly the staff here is just the best. I had an issue with my vape leaking, looked online for days. Tried some things and just could not solve my issue. Showed up for lunch had a quick chat with these guys... turns out it was user error. I had been smoking cigarettes for almost 2 decades, and was thinking it was time to quit. I didn't know a single thing about vaping, I went over a few months ago and got all the information I needed, and they were always patient enough to explain everything, every question, even the stupid ones. I had a defective product and took it back, it was going to be sent back and was going to take a week or so, I got a call a couple days later and got a complete new one, within warranty, of course. Was in New Orleans for business and decided to look up the local Vape stores. Great customer service from the time I walked in the shop! Good information given by the owner and employees. I don't normally deal with house juice but the flavors were fantastic (especially Black Widow) which the owner let me try from their tank. I've been to a few local vape shops in the New Orleans metro area and always felt like I was bothering someone when I asked basic questions. These guys were a totally different experience. They seemed to actually care about spreading their knowledge and had no problems with my newbie questions. I left with a new tank for my mod that they had recommended which is exceptionally better for the type of vape I was seeking. I also left with two new juices which they also recommended based on the flavours that I described I was searching for. They were spot on with what I wanted, specifically the strawberry zydeco. It will probably be my new local all day vape. Austin was professional, knowledgeable, and helped my girl and I with all of our questions. This place is horrible! I would never recommend this place to anyone! I went there and spent 200$. I bought a segeli. It shot out flames there. They said it was my fault. Within the next few days, it was shooting huge flames, sparking, and the resistance was jumping around. I brought it back in less then a week after I got it. I just wanted it replaced for a new one bc mine was dangerous. They gave me a hard time. Blamed it on me. The only reason they returned it was because my boyfriend said he would come back and get a tip. So they replaced it with a FLOOR model. My brand new one for a used one. They were rude. I have never exp horrible service at a vape shop like this. They are only out to get your money. Anywhere else I've been they are extremely helpful and knowledgable. Not here! read more

Very good and knowledgable people. The folks at this establishment will not sell you something you don't need. They answer any questions you have with language you understand, they will help you start where you need to start, the atmosphere is very laid back. You can lounge, enjoy a vape and enjoy some good conversation and you never feel pressured to leave or feel like a burden. I refuse to go to any other shop. Really friendly and knowledgeable staff. This was the first Vape shop I've been that showed me how to appropriately break in a coil. They were also concerned about my high nicotine level and explained why. Glad they told me (no one else had!) and I have now lowered my level.
