It's bull meat that is raised in the wild Camargues. I ordered the steak and I must say that I enjoyed it very much and left a clean plate. My family had the grilled sardines and I thought they could put a couple more in the plate. Summer must be totally crazy as it is a popular location and this restaurant offers lower prices in their menu. The waiter was alone and in charge of the whole terrace and outdoor sitting.
