It would have used with probably another hour or two of cooking but it was still delicious. It was served with a beautiful array of veg which provided a colourful background for the lamb. It was a good deal considering that you got a small amuse Bouche followed by an appetizer, a main dish and a dessert. For my appetizer I chose the foie gras, The lamb with cumin, and for dessert I chose fresh strawberry with a basil sorbet. This meal was truly one of my highlights during my time in the south of France. The foie gras was delicious, buttery smooth, and the lamb was really well seasoned. The only thing that I was not too impressed by, was the "meat" croquette that was the amuse Bouche. Wonderful meal, I would certainly return there. On the dessert side, the basil sorbet was fantastic.
