This is where the "New Buffet" differs from the many dozens of other faux-Asian buffets in France. This place has the REAL INGREDIENTS. For one, IT'S BIG. This gives it a tremendous power to directly Import food, sauces, and condiments. For two, it has direct access to both the sea and to local farms, which allows it to include the very best local seafood, meat, and produce. It was all delicious, particularly the razor clams. For our mains, we both had lamb shanks which were cooked to (almost) fall off the bone consistency. It would have used with probably another hour or two of cooking but it was still delicious. It was served with a beautiful array of veg which provided a colourful background for the lamb. The dish was very pretty! Super bon repas dans un endroit tranquil. Nous avons passé un très bonne soirée ici. C'était même mieux parce que c'était pendant la Coupe du Monde. France jouait et heureusement pour tout le monde, a gagné! :-)
