We were back in Montpellier and had to come back for another meal. It didn't disappoint! We shared escargot with parsley and butter to start along with some baked razor clams. It was all delicious, particularly the razor clams.
For our mains, we both had lamb shanks which were cooked to (almost) fall off the bone consistency. It would have used with probably another hour or two of cooking but it was still delicious. It was served with a beautiful array of veg which provided a colourful background for the lamb. The dish was very pretty!
