We rented the entire B&B for my husband's naval retirement over New Year's Day. The house was old world yet so chic! It has so much character. It is a close drive to anything you may need like Walmart, convention center, French quarter, etc. While it does not have state of the art amenities, there are a lot of other things it does have. Plenty of places to congregate and enjoy each others company with conversation starters all around. We made many memories in this house and are grateful for the experience. Word of caution, it is an old house. If you travel during winter, some showers run cold to warm water. The river room had the hottest shower. We stayed in the room with the outside shower and it was cold. We used it but it was because we needed to wake up! We all enjoyed the experience and it will be one we will never forget! read more

Burn it down and rebuild!! We booked this on Airbnb and the photographs, and the descriptions do not match the facility. It is not clean light fixtures do not work, there is filth and dirt everywhere, and overall disappointment doesn't even begin to express how we feel about being here. We realize it is an historical house however it is not what was advertised. After driving nine hours from Virginia to stay in this place, we feel we deserve a full and complete refund as well as an apology. read more

I would give negative stars if I could. This place is more of a bad hostel than a mansion. We rented the entire thing through vrbo for a week. (Tried to leave a review there & they deleted the listing.) We immediately realized it was a polished turd. Even on the website, the neighbor is quoted at saying he didn't think it was possible to bring it back after a fire & storm damage. Well, they didn't, really. There's 20 layers of paint over each other & they don't even bother to dust places. There were cigarettes in the hot tub, the wooden floors that were not replaced were very sticky with years of grime & left your feet black immediately. The day we left one of the rooms thought we had a late check out. They were an hour late leaving, and we were charged for ALL of the rooms for an extra night. Cost us an extra $3,500. Another friend twisted his ankle because there's uneven and frankly, unsafe angles. The entire upstairs porch is slanted, and there were no railings in high places. Things leak, there's cockroaches & it shares the back fence with a huge homeless camp under the bridge. They just throw their trash over the back fence. We also had to buy our own cleaning supplies. We were so enamored by our whole stay at this gorgeous B&B. Even before we arrived we were excited with the place, because you get a super handy text with all the information you need to access the front gate, your room, the wifi, the kitchen and the theater. So useful! Every part of Fleur de Lis is gorgeously decorated with tons of style and attention to detail! The Grand Kitchen where you have breakfast and the nightly (complementary) wine happy hour is refined and beautiful (and when we stayed was colorfully decorated for a combination of Easter and Mardi Gras). The Mansion itself has a very cosy feel and the small number of rooms combined with the thickness of all of the greenery surrounding the place makes you feel like you've retreated into your own hidden slice of paradise! We stayed in the River Suite, and I have to say, besides the rustic chic of the decor in the room itself (not to mention the whirlpool tub and three headed shower!) the best part of the whole experience was our bed. It was seriously the most comfortable bed we had ever slept in, and even after some late nights downtown, we awoke feeling refreshed and well rested every morning of our three night stay. We will never stay anyplace else in New Orleans! read more

Other people hair on the lamps, rugs, and bath towels!!! The building looks ruin down, the state of New Orleans need to shut that mess down! You have a spa/ pool area over the top of a bridge with a homeless camp right in the back yard across the street!! The refrigerator was nasty looking in cleaning it! No amount of pictures will ever do this place justice!!! Holy MOLY! How stunning! My boyfriend and I travel for a living, so we've been to a lot of places and stayed in a ton of hotels and B&Bs, both in the US and overseas. This place, we will remember forever. When check in time arrived, we received a text message from the property with the code to get in the gate, codes for our room, dining room, etc. The text also had Wi-Fi codes and other useful info. Very efficient. We stayed in the Royal Suite, which features a private balcony with two rocking chairs, a small table and chair breakfast nook, and our own private huge stainless steel grill! You access the balcony, like you enter the house, through MASSIVE floor to ceiling windows, that pull up and you walk through them! So neat! There's also an OUTDOOR SHOWER, just outside the from door to the suite! Open air. For real! The room itself is much bigger than it seems in the pictures. The bed is SUPER comfy, there is this MASSIVE couch with equally MASSIVE ottoman. There's a huge stainless steel, side by side fridge and freezer, tucked behind a door, and if that isn't enough refrigeration, there's a mini fridge as well. There's also a microwave, an a/c, a fan, a humidifier, an alarm clock, a sleep machine, and what they DON'T tell you anywhere is that this room has a HUGE projection screen that pulls down as your tv!! So cool! They also have surround sound, cable with every channel imaginable, and every premium channel on demand. Amazing. The decor is rustic, beautiful, lush, and still yet, downright cozy. If it's not enough that you have your own whirlpool tub in the room, (yeah you do!), why not go downstairs to the garden backyard and relax in one of the TWO hot tubs?!?!? The backyard outdoor "common area" has a hot tub, huge patio grill area with fridge, freezer, ice maker, refreshments, lots of cute seating areas, decorative decorative flower beds in old claw foot bath tubs, ya know, the standard. Now if that's not enough, walk back beyond that, past the indoor theater with leather sofas and massage chair, and head into the back room with the indoor hot tub and fridge refreshment station. Now, don't forget about the BEAUTIFUL reception area that is the plush dining room, in our case, fabulously decorated for Christmas, even including a full size Christmas tree. Next to that is the Grand Kitchen, and boy is it! They have serve yourself wine from 5-7 ish, which did also include vodka, mixers and even a couple of beer and ciders. All complimentary. Thank you, we will! I'm the morning they serve breakfast, for that second "B" of the "& B." Haven't had it yet, but I feel certain it'll be stellar too. So, basically, I'm never leaving. We really enjoyed our stay here. The location isn't in the French Quarter if that's what you're looking for but we loved the fact that it was not in the French Quarter. We able to escape all the craziness in and around Bourbon Street. Also with Uber and Lyft it was easy to get to and from the French Quarter for less than $10. We stayed in the Jazz Room which was a lot of fun and the decor was beautiful. Just a couple small things is that the bathroom didn't have a door only a curtain which could be slightly awkward. I also agreed with one of the reviews which mentioned the breakfast feeling slightly lacking. Overall though it was a great time and I would recommend. read more

Walking distance to convention center and hipster restaurants on Camp St. I think I was the only guest because I didn't see anyone else at breakfast, happy hour or checkin/out. It was also midweek in September, too. Lucky me because all the beer and wine at happy hour was mine mine mine. Stayed in the Red Room which you can enter through a door next to the fridge in the main kitchen. I was not happy to see that one of the approved smoking areas was right outside the Red Room window. They put an ashtray on a little bistro cafe set so people could potentially light up all day and night blowing 2nd hand smoke into your room. Ugh. It wasn't an issue because I didn't see anyone else plus I hid the ashtray. read more

I surprised my husband for his birthday with a one night stay @ the Fleur De Lis Mansion and it was AMAZING!! We stayed in the white room and fell in love with not only our room but the entire mansion. Their attention to detail shows that they thought of everything and have executed it perfectly. Let me add that Lisa was very nice, helpful, welcoming and professional! Several of us stayed there November 2021, from looking at the photos online we were excited about our upcoming stay there. When we arrived we quickly saw that the pictures you see online are clearly from when the place was renovated, at least 10 years ago. The shrubbery out front was over grown and not maintained, the front porch and the entrance way leading to the rooms needed a good pressure cleaning. The rooms were not as well kept as the pictures portrayed, one of the rooms (River Room) the shower drain backed up, therefore if your shower was longer than 3 minutes you would be standing in about an 1 1/2 inches of water. You needed an instruction manual on how to get the shower heads to work and to get the correct temperature. The safes in the rooms were not attached to anything and and even if they were attached you couldn't lock them because the keypads didn't work. In another room half the power went out. The oven/stove in the kitchen didn't work, fortunately one of the outdoor ovens worked. The hot tub was dirty, there were construction tools lying around the area, the seating in that area was dirty and torn. As far as the stairs leading to the 2nd floor (hope you have medical insurance). We were very disappointed from seeing the online photos to what it actually looks like! read more

I rented the whole house with 9 other guys for a bachelor party and it was amazing !! The house is right near the warehouse district which is the trendy part of NOLA. The house is classic New Orleans and has every luxury a 5 star resort offers. The hosts Jim and Lauren made sure we knew about every aspect of the house so that we maximized our experience !! Last night we stayed in the Jazz room. We had originally booked the Hollywood bungalow but when we arrived apparently there was confusion and somebody was already there. They did not have our reservation available and took several minutes looking through email to find it, despite having booked a couple weeks in advance. We were moved to the Jazz room and were fairly disappointed by the switch. The property itself is beautiful and full of southern charm. Immediately outside the property many, many homeless live under the bridge/overpass and can be easily seen from the windows. Our bed was incredibly squeaky and soft. The side I slept on had a giant indentation as well. Both my husband and I woke up feeling incredibly sore. The cable was spotty and tweaked in and out as we tried to watch the NBA playoff game. Although the ambience was lovely, we did not feel particularly safe in the area and the terribly uncomfortable bed made it difficult to sleep well. We liked the concept of the mansion but probably wouldn't recommend it or stay again. The pictures online look much more exquisite than in actuality. read more

My husband wanted to surprise me for our Anniversary in May. He worked with the owner to rent the entire bed and breakfast, he thought inviting some of our close friends to join us would make for an even greater surprise, and who could resist a trip to New Orleans when you accommodations are covered. Because my husband rented the entire house, the owner offered a discounted rate if he paid in cash:-(, my husband is so trusting, one of the things I love most about him. But as you can imagine that was not a great decision. When a stay at home Executive Order was issued in Maryland and Louisiana, preventing us from traveling and staying in New Orleans, the owner of this establishment refused to give my husband a full refund. He told my husband he would have to wait until he knew the Execute Order would be extended over the time of our trip (who would be traveling during a pandemic even if it is lifted??... but okay we'll wait) Of course it was extended, the bed and breakfast and both cities remained lockdown. We were refused a full refund. As a small business I'm certain they are eligible for government assistance. As individuals, we are not. They kept nearly $1,800 of the cash my husband sent for the rental. I think that is absolutley ridiculous, and tells you everything you need to know about the character of the owner. Took the money, did not provide a service, and refused a refund in full. We gave him a personal bailout that he does not have to re-pay. I hope he needed it more than we did, which I doubt. The worst part about my stay was it was only one night!!! The entire experience was amazing, between booking online and the late check in (due to flight delays). My boyfriend and I stayed in the Royal Suite with the additional "Romance Package" room enhancement to celebrate our anniversary. As soon we stepped onto the grounds of Fleur de Lis it was breathtaking (even though it was around 8pm and dark outside!). Whenever I visit New Orleans again, a stay here is a must! This is my second time staying in New Orleans and this B&B was soo much better than the first. We stayed in the Royal room. The decor was cool, and super easy check in. The bed was sooo comfy it was like sleeping on a loaf of bread. The tub in the room was very nice and the jets worked awesome. Only weird thing that we found was that you better be super comfortable with your roomie cause the toilet is in the same room as the bed. There is a small folding screen but we found that the mirrors in the room reflect the toilet into most directions. I advise facing the fridge on the bed as the best way not to see the other person using the facilities just don't look up into the mirror above the fireplace. That was the only semi-issue we had. The balcony was lovely and even had a grill to use had we been staying for more than a night. There are tons of different lights to mess with in the room and the main ones are on a dimmer switch. The main ones are chandeliers. The doors out to the patio are super neat too. They are windows that slid up. And for some reason there is a cat flap in the one behind the coach but we never saw a cat. There are some birds that live on the balcony which was really the only noise we heard the whole time we where in the room. Which was fine by us. We like nature. We couldn't hear the highway at all from our room. It's a little bit of a walk from the french quarter but there are a couple trollies you can catch so you don't have to walk the whole way. Parking is no problem if you can parallel park. The lady owner was super nice and this was the first place I have ever received text messages for check-in instructions. The breakfast was good and they even have fancy keurigs to use. The kitchen was pretty swank. All and all I would totally recommend rooming here and we maybe back next time we are in New Orleans depending on what area of New Orleans we are staying in. read more

The response I received from management to my initial review did not really address any issues depicted in the pictures I posted, instead I got a snide comment about people who usually stay in the Hollywood bungalow room do because they can't afford the bigger, nicer rooms, essentially. I actually chose the room because it looked like fun. This is such a tacky way to diffuse responsibility for the obvious problems the Hollywood Bungalow room has. Changing the mattress, and acknowledging the fact that the room has a mildew smell isn't going to make a difference, sorry to say. But if you want me to use the managements words against them, then I guess you get what you paid for, right? (Unless you paid the price for a boutique bed and breakfast experience). Please take responsibility for the quality of the room and stop trying to place blame on your guests, like maybe if I was willing to pay more I could have gotten a better room. Such an amazing place to be. Every turn has a fountain. Very cool BBQ area right next to one of two jacuzzis. The grand kitchen has everything you need from coffee and tea to breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The hosts are very nice and accommodating. Stayed in the "Champagne Room" which was disgustingly mildewy and a health hazard. We got home and all our clothes and luggage stank of mildew. We had to wash EVERYTHING weather we wore them or not. And, now we have to dry clean everything else. Our luggage is airing out in the sun in hopes of sun bleaching the smell out. I can't believe we stayed in those conditions for three days. If there aren't already laws against rooms like that in Louisana, there should be. read more

I SO want to go back! We stayed in the White Room which was a great atmosphere of vintage and modern. And THAT TUB. My goodness, that tub might be my favorite place in all of NOLA. Very warm and cozy. The property is hidden under a lot of greenery so you don't feel like you're in the middle of the city. It was quiet the whole time we were there too so it was very peaceful and serene. We spent most of our time in the Quarter, but always looked forward to coming back to our awesome room to rest and relax! We loved the complimentary happy hour too- a great way to get the night started before heading out for dinner. All in all, we were very pleased with our stay!! Wish we could've stayed in NOLA longer simply to explore and enjoy more of the FDLM property. Didn't even get a chance to use the outside jacuzzi or anything... Let's talk about the elephant in the room - is clothing optional? Our stay at Fleur Di Lis Mansion would have been mediocre if it weren't for a few things that felt completely misleading and unforgiveable. * I can dismiss the fact that the photos on the website are by a professional photographer that must have been taken 20 years ago of what is, in real-life, a run-down 'Boutique' B&B. * I can even forgive the description of the Courtyard that boasts landscaping with local flora, beautifully decorated, and great place to hang out that proved untrue with dollar store sprays of plastic flowers shoved into the dirt, old run-down decorations and DIRTY! * I can even forgive the promise of breakfast and happy hour. At breakfast, the same food is put out day to day...meaning on day 3 of our stay, the fruit has soft spots and the baked goods were stale. Happy hour was two IPA beers and two bottles of already opened wine with no host but they do remember to put out the tip jar. Where there were a multitude of other imperfections, fire hazards, and rudeness - What can't be overlooked was moving rooms three times in less than 20 minutes. We arrived to no host on site. From the loud, busy street I called the number on the gate, was told a story and that someone would be there shortly. Another guest let us inside the gate and I was able to call back in a quieter setting. The owners texted a room code and told me they would square up with us later. Directly at the back of the kitchen was an open door to the Red Room we reserved and we went right in to unpack our cooler into the mini fridge. Excited to finally be there, we went exploring. I checked my phone a half hour later to get the access codes to the common areas and realized the room code provided was actually the Champagne Room. Long story short, the owners blamed the reservation mistake on me "fat-fingering" or the booking.com site got it wrong. Being in IT, I know that software doesn't make glitches like this and I had shown other people our reservation link to the room we requested. Shame on them for not taking responsibility and for preying on people's technical ignorance for their gain. We ended up in a suite on the 3rd room assignment. Ok, the elephant! Getting back to the B&B around 11:30 pm, I walked up the front porch stairs to see a HUGE, naked man wandering around the kitchen and dining room. I yelped and my husband came towards me as the man came out on the porch, realized we were there and went back in quickly. Shocked, embarrassed and uncomfortable, I decided to go to the back garden instead while my husband went up to our room on the second floor. While sitting out back having a cigar and texting my son, this naked man came to where I was and blocked the door way. This is New Orleans. There are VERY intoxicated people. Not knowing this man's state of mind, I was fearful that I was in danger and frantically starting texting my husband for help. The man was trying to talk to me but I was obviously trying not to engage him or provoke him in anyway. I called my son to try and dismiss his interactions with disinterest. He just stood in the doorway - staring at me while I talked on the phone. My husband finally came running into the area ready to fight, nudged him out of the doorway and began yelling for him to have some respect, put some clothes on and get away from his wife. I sent a message to the staff explaining the situation and was told that "clothing is optional but we do ask that the guest wear the robes when in the kitchen to not offend anyone". This information is nowhere on the website, posted in common areas or mentioned in the documentation in the room. The staff confirmed this the next day by telling me that they do not advertise it. If these owners really cared about their establishment, they should live in each room as a guest for a week and fix some of these shortcomings. read more

What a nightmare! I am traveling on Army business from Virginia to Texas and I needed to stop for tge night. After asking Google to name hotels in the area, I came across the name Fleur de Lis Mansion. While driving, I called Fleur de Li's Mansion to reserve a room for the night. The lady who answered said yes they have one room left. I stated that I would like to reserve that room. Now mind you, it is after 9 pm. She Took my credit card information over the phone. She then told me that there would be no front desk staff available when I got there. She would send me the code to get into the gate and into the room via text message. She also stated that we would settle up the bill in the morning. I received a receipt a few minutes after ending the call. But I thought this was just ahold as all other hotels do. In the receipt it had a bunch of rules and one of them was about a 72-hour cancellation period. I figured this did not apply as I made the reservation just a few minutes ago and could not possibly take back a reservation of a room that I had not seen in accordance with their cancellation policy. Plus the lady never mentioned it over the phone. I arrive there. And I was able to review the room while standing right outside of it. The room was so small that I did not need to step into the room to see the bathroom TV and the bed. It also smells strongly like mildew. However the room was very generously stocked. I called her back at the phone number that she left on a Blackboard and chalk. I called her a couple times about where to park in and the room and she'll answer but this time she did not answer. So I left a voicemail saying I would not be able to accept the room please cancel my reservation and refund the hold. I had no idea this was a cell phone so I also sent a text message. This message would have been received one hour after I place a call to make the reservation. I ended up staying at a reputable hotel less than a mile away for the same price. That hotel, as with all others, required that I come into the hotel tosign to be charged for the room. I called the fleur de lys Hotel the next day. The lady who took my credit card information last night refused to refund My hotel reservation there. It turns out that she was one of the owners. She accused me of lying about spending the night in the room, even though she can go to the road and see that the room had not been touched except for the light that I turned on while standing right outside the room. She offered me half off the hotel stay, but I thought it was not right. I had not stayed in a hotel there for I was in title to the entire cost of the hotel reservation for the night. She said that the 72-hour cancellation policy was written on the receipt. I informed her that you had not told me that I would be paying out right for the room as I thought this was just a hold for the reservation of the room and obviously having a 72-hour cancellation policy on the receipt is not very smart when the reservation is made and apparently paid for on the same night. You would need to tell your customers about this prior to swiping their credit card information. She was very emotional and absolutely refuse to see it my way. I informed her that I was going to go to Army legal and get her hotel banned for bad business practices. I would not want another person let alone another military person to go through the scam. Beware when staying here.! read more

Booked a room here a couple times for my boss. She's VERY particular about her hotel arrangements, and she's a big fan of the Fleur De Lis. Each time she's stayed here, the innkeeper Lisa has gone above and beyond for her. Just a few things that Lisa has done for my boss: 1) Helped her through a 1am check-in, 2) Provided a personal wake-up call when my boss slept through her alarm, 3) Made sure that my boss received the food that she ordered even though she wasn't at the hotel when the food was delivered. We stayed in the royal suite and was very impressed with it! Loved the atmosphere of the property and the decor. The location was close to the main highway, so it was easy to find and fairly close to all the places we visited while we stayed. The only issues we had was not being able to figure out how to turn the window unit on heat and space heater tripped a breaker, but the owners were very quick in responding to us and resolving the issues. I wasn't very impressed with the breakfast spread, but all those things would definitely not hinder us in staying again. We hope to go back soon! read more

We really wanted to like this place more than we did, especially based on the reviews. Sadly, it did not meet our expectations. The front desk staff member was very friendly and helpful and a quick glance of the "mansion" does look nice. We were looking for a funky place to stay, not a run of the mill hotel. This establishment tried very hard to fit that category. The owner describes the place in her description as a "5 star diamond collection bed and breakfast." It does not meet the mark. A 5 star establishment will not rely on multiple extension cords plugged into each other to power the various electrical items in the room. I was nervous about the safety of such a set up and, indeed, we did blow a circuit during our stay. The first number we called to have this remedied (which we found in the hotel information included in the room) was a wrong number. We then called the owner's number and left a message and texted the number that sent us all the codes to enter. I must say that the owner called right back and addressed the problem quickly and we were back up and running. I realize it's an old house, also part of the appeal. However, I would think that an old house would have thicker walls. We could hear everything our next door neighbors were doing, EVERYTHING. The grounds were a bit run down - not impeccable as in the description. The hot tub areas were a bit odd. The entertainment room had an overall creepy feel to it. Breakfast served the purpose, but a 5 star breakfast includes made to order eggs, not a bowl of hard boiled eggs; fresh baked goods, not bagels out a package you can buy at any grocery store, or pre-made packaged biscuit sandwiches. Lipton tea, cheap coffee - these are not 5-star. At a B & B, there is a big emphasis on the second B. I'm sure the owners did a lot of work to get this place up and running. My recommendation is to bring it up a notch or two to live up to the description they put forth. read more

Bust at the FLEUR DE LIS MANSION! Very disappointed with the service of this hotel/ B&B. We booked 4 nights through one of the big third party vendors. 3 days later we get a phone call from one of the owners of the house that they could accept our reservation. Even though it was clearly available online. The owner later called back and said they would have to cancel and refund our reservation giving the excuse that the entire house had been rented for the timeframe we rented one room. She gave an excuse that the calendars were not synced up. Although the pictures and atmosphere seem inviting my experience was not. I don't think we will be staying at the FDL Mansion in the future. If you want to have your reservation cancelled on you I would stay somewhere else in NOLA. read more

We stayed in the royal suite for our honeymoon and the room was great. They forgot to clean the balcony before our arrival but were quick to fix that error after we notified them a d quickly cleaned the cigar butts and beer can. After our first night, they forgot to clean our room as advertised and we wandered back to dirty towels we had placed on the floor and unmade bed. When we notified them, they apologized and said they were understaffed. The next day they cleaned our room and left pretty flowers and wine as an apology which was really nice. The breakfast was continental, which we knew when we booked the room. Unfortunately it was pretty lack luster. I expect continental like you would find in a hotel, limited but a few viable options. Not this place. This one had boxed grits, some cold boiled eggs, string cheese, keurig coffee, grapes, bagels that still had frost on them from the freezer and boxed cereal as well as juice. There was also a sign that Said that you could get a Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich from the freezer and cook it in the microwave. For spending close to $900 for 4 days, having hot oatmeal available, as well as hot coffee from the pot would have made a big difference. There was an empty pot of coffee on the table every morning we were there. The juice was Also syrupy and tasted like pure sugar. Also, the first 3 days we were there, there was no cream cheese but it wandered in on the last day. When you book a BnB, the perks are being able to get some sustenance ( even limited) to get the day started. This one was not up to par and I have reasonable expectations. read more

Quirky, delightfully non-corporate: The Mansion feels fancy, but more like staying at an eccentric rich person's house then the Hilton. Each room is completely different, we liked the Jacuzzi tub being able to watch TV in the tub, and position of the TV in the bedroom. It was so high up you could pretty much just lay in bed and watch it without hurting your neck. There's many high quality eclectic materials used, antiques, but there are some rough edges or odd accommodations depending on the electrical and plumbing situations. It was totally quiet and had no trouble sleeping, but the very back area outdoors for smoking is right near an underpass, which is also the shelter for your car. This was my husband's favorite part actually! When we first walked in, the dining room and kitchen are appointed so beautifully my jaw dropped. In addition to the Jacuzzi tub in the room, there are two outdoor hot tubs. There is a theater room with recliners and a projection screen so that you could watch an important football game with other people in a party atmosphere. We did not use the outdoor kitchen also available, stove sink a fridge and a grill but it was adorable and next time I think we will. It would be very easy to spend a lot of time right here in the mansion and less time in New Orleans which might be it's only downfall. There was a couple who is constantly in the outdoor area reading or making use of the other facilities and I felt a twinge of jealousy every time we left to go see the sights at a breakneck speed. I especially liked our housekeeper she was a delightful person and a joy to talk to. read more

I thought my stay was overall quite pleasant. I stayed in the Hollywood Bungalow for a night and found that although it had a very unique and overall interesting feel, I probably couldn't have stayed in that specific room much longer; my reason for this is because the room had no windows and thus triggered some minor claustrophobia. However, the rest of the mansion truly made up for the initial enclosed place. The staff was lovely & breakfast food was dandy. read more
