Top Florist - False Advertising They refuse to deliver what…read moreyou order. Why won't they deliver what they advertise. Bad business practice. I ordered the Standard size Polka Dots and Poises (1st Picture). They delivered Picture 2. I called and said that isn't at all like the picture, barely any roses and not the height in the picture on their website. I said I liked the roses and daisies, that is why I bought that item. Farah told me roses are expensive. Basically saying she can't put all those roses in the flowers. Then she said she would have charged me a higher amount. They advertise one price and then want to raise it even more because they refuse to honor their website price??? They made another delivery Picture 3. Still NOT like the picture. I'm tired of florists advertising and not delivering what you order.

Extremely disappointed with my flower order. These were supposed to arrive fresh for Mother's Day,…read morebut instead showed up late looking completely dry, wilted, and honestly awful. The leaves were ripped up, the arrangement looked nothing like what was advertised, and it looked like dying flowers thrown together last minute. What makes this even more frustrating is the delivery date changed to Tuesday, so I already submitted a cancellation and refund request BEFORE they even arrived -- and still received no response back. No communication, no accountability, nothing. For the amount paid, this level of service is completely unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional. Customers deserve better than dead withered flowers.

When, I called to complain I was shamed for leaving a negative review, instead of first calling them. I thought the retailer should be the one calling me. Especially since I was clear that the bouquet had to include the orchids. Yet I was the one who is remiss in giving a review? Feeling shamed, I revised my review, to a 5 star, which was not honest. After, my dear, sweet cousin, who is 72, and very ill also lied to me, telling me the bouquet is beautiful. Then when I told her I complained she thanked me, and told me she was sorry for lying to me. Sorry here, sorry there. Sorry everywhere. There. This is at least honest now. Sorry, not sorry. Repenting after being shamed by the florist, telling God I'm sorry, and sorry to the florist too. Then, I had to return to God, once again for lying and giving a glowing review. I am one sorry sucker, but boy did I ever get sucker punched, I wonder if God is as cross-eyed, and dizzy as me now. Signed, Too darned old for this stuff.
