The property was incredibly picturesque. The owners, Jim and Pat Tucker, were very attentive and hands-on throughout the entire evening! The get-ready room for the bride & bridesmaids was far enough from the groom and groomsmen's room that each could go outside for fresh air and not worry about seeing the other before that magical moment. Both rooms were spacious and accomodated 10 -12 people comfortably! The outhouse - look bathroom most definitely solidified the "country" feel!!! The backdrop for the wedding was on the lawn in front of the main building. It was just the right amount of space for the small(ish) wedding I was at. I'm sure there is a larger space available for bigger weddings, as well. The dance floor under the poll barn was fairly small and was also used as the space for dinner. Quick clean-up and the dance floor was instantly enlarged but that left fewer places to sit & relax for those who didn't want to dance non-stop. Although it wasn't my wedding, I definitely enjoyed being in attendance. I'd definitely recommend Tucker's Farmhouse for small-medium weddings or any other event that they may be able to host.

I go to the Orange Park Women's Club monthly for a DAR meeting. The meeting space is a pretty good…read moresize. There are roughly 90 people at each meeting and there is enough room. There is also a kitchen and restroom in the room which makes it nice. The space could use some updating but really the space is fine for what it is there for. There is plenty of parking around and while it can get crowded, I have arrived late and never had an issue finding a spot. I would like the walking path lit at night but other than that the space is perfectly fine.

I don't know if it was the 70 degree May weather but Eagle Harbor really stood out today. Well manicured tee boxes, solid fairways, and consistent greens. AND they have lcd GPS screens in every cart! The course, practice facility, and even the dining area was a busy. Good to see everyone taking advantage of the cool temps. Well worth the drive across the Buckman, I plan to look here first whenever making a tee time.

I came here for a good friend's wedding and I'm glad they chose this place. Wonderful! The home is gorgeous as well as it built in the 1800s. They do need to fix it up a bit more, but the important part is the view of the river. Also, the house offers a reception area where it can hold about 50-60 people. They also have food options and decorations for you as well so it's a good package deal. The staff are really nice and they cater to you well. The rooms were very clean and modern looking. The biggest pro for me was the lighting in the bathroom! Holy cow. I need that mirror set up in my home!!! It was amazing because it was a formal event so I had to get all dressed up and having such good lighting was a god send. I'm so used to having dull yellow lighting in hotels so I was shocked by how great it was. Another pro was the blackout shades they have. After having one too many drinks the night before at the event, we came back, brought the shades down and woke up to an almost pitch black room at 9 am! It was so nice not to have the sunlight waking us up any earlier than we had to!! It was pretty difficult to open them up and be blinded though haha. The only star taken off was for the noise we had. I think construction was still being done and there was some loud banging going on in the room next to us that was slightly unpleasant. It was during the day which we weren't there for for the most part which was good though. Overall I would definitely come back and recommend for anyone staying in Fleming Island!

We had 2 handicapped people with us, we went out for dinner, upon returning......the elevator had an "out of order" sign on it. We all waited a while wondering how we would get to the third floor to get our luggage to move to another hotel. Then, all of a sudden, the woman front desk attendant took the sign off the elevator and the sign appeared on the stairway. The entire situation was bizarre. The lobby and the breakfast was very nice. Our room bathroom made you want to disinfect yourself. It could have been so different it decent workmanship had finished off the bathroom. Ugh! Not sure it we will stay again.
