I attended a wedding here in February. It was just the perfect location tucked away in Green Cove…read moreSprings! The decor was simplistic, rustic & quite beautiful. The property was incredibly picturesque. The owners, Jim and Pat Tucker, were very attentive and hands-on throughout the entire evening! The get-ready room for the bride & bridesmaids was far enough from the groom and groomsmen's room that each could go outside for fresh air and not worry about seeing the other before that magical moment. Both rooms were spacious and accomodated 10 -12 people comfortably! The outhouse - look bathroom most definitely solidified the "country" feel!!! The backdrop for the wedding was on the lawn in front of the main building. It was just the right amount of space for the small(ish) wedding I was at. I'm sure there is a larger space available for bigger weddings, as well. The dance floor under the poll barn was fairly small and was also used as the space for dinner. Quick clean-up and the dance floor was instantly enlarged but that left fewer places to sit & relax for those who didn't want to dance non-stop. Although it wasn't my wedding, I definitely enjoyed being in attendance. I'd definitely recommend Tucker's Farmhouse for small-medium weddings or any other event that they may be able to host.

What a magical experience. This place is hidden away in GCS. I caught their FB page and enjoyed…read morewatching them in their work shop preparing items for their seasonal open houses and felt their kind spirits and was excited for their next event and was able to attend. As I pulled in to the front of the farm you can immediately see someone has a eye for decorating. It's rustic charm takes your breath away. Jim bidding me a big welcome as I turn in the gate. Jim and Pat Tucker have out done theirselves with hard work and lots of love here at Tuckers Farmhouse. This was the Christmas event and the spirit of christmas was felt in the music..the decor and even Santa had a good time. Their piece of heaven is shared with open arms to others to enjoy for their own event or as a event space. I left with a peaceful calm and my heart full, Some great Tucker made crafts and a big smile cause it was a..best day ever.

Third stay. Given Room 329. The bathroom was a mess, the floor, baseboards and finishing around…read morethe baseboard area and filthy seal around toilet was sickening. The front desk personnel were nice, but their mode of clothing was so unprofessional. We had 2 handicapped people with us, we went out for dinner, upon returning......the elevator had an "out of order" sign on it. We all waited a while wondering how we would get to the third floor to get our luggage to move to another hotel. Then, all of a sudden, the woman front desk attendant took the sign off the elevator and the sign appeared on the stairway. The entire situation was bizarre. The lobby and the breakfast was very nice. Our room bathroom made you want to disinfect yourself. It could have been so different it decent workmanship had finished off the bathroom. Ugh! Not sure it we will stay again.

DISABLED AMERICAN VETERANS SECOND CLASS HERE…read more Tiffany, Desiree, and Madison are lovely, The Manager, however, Kyrie King, called me at 11:20AM to let me know as a fully disabled veteran going through a divorce to escape domestic violence that the government agency who was paying for my stay had not renewed my reservation and that I needed to be out by 12:30PM. I told her that I was in Middleburg and could be there by 12:30 but not be out by 12:30. As I was packing my things and getting them out following a 60 day stay, CCSO (Clay county sheriffs office) knocked on my door and 3 officers asked me what was going on and why I'm not out yet. Checkout time is 11 but as a reward member I was eligible for extended checkout til 2PM. It was not yet 2PM. I explained to the officers and they told the front desk that they have to allow me time to remove my items. This is how Holiday Inn treats fully disabled homeless American Veterans. They give them hardly any notice, and are quick to get the cops involved, an abuse of authority and intimidation tactic. During my 60 day stay the Manager made me move rooms several times, and did not treat me the same way she treated the other guests. She actually called the government funded agency that was funding my stay to have THEM address an issue where she disliked something I had done, instead of addressing the issue with me directly. I didn't feel respected as a human being or person by Kyrie King. I would ask other veterans to choose another location to stay. The way I was treated here was unprofessional.
