Dad said so long and he didn't have to wear a suit, he was happy and mom just wanted to enjoy the day with all us kids and not have to stress about cooking and cleaning up. The food was easy: We ordered catered BBQ with pulled pork, BBQ brisket, beans, cole slaw and cornbread. We knew we wanted a bartender too. One who was professional but also outgoing. Our family are not the quiet, formal or reserved sort of folks. We contacted a couple mobile bartending services but decided on Sarah's Mobile Bartending because from the start it was obvious she knew her business, took pride in her work and had the right sort of personality for our party: Professional but also outgoing and people oriented. We told her there would be about 50 people - Mainly adults and a handful of grandkids all under the age of 12. We planned on beer and cocktails but wanted to have maybe one or two special cocktails and something just for the kids. Sarah really came through for us! She suggested a Belmont Jewel - Bourbon with pomegranate lemonade and Amaretto Sours. The Amaretto Sours turned out to be a real hit with our parents and their group of friends who they'd known since college. For the kids Sarah made strawberry and peach slushies. The anniversary party was a hit! Everyone had a great time - Sarah went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. She arrived early to set up the bar - which looked great, so when our guests began arriving everything was ready to get the party started. My mom really liked the little lighted sign that had the featured drinks on it. It's little extras like that and Sarah asking about the menu so she could suggest drinks that would go well with the BBQ. I would not only recommend Sarah's Mobile Bartending to anyone having a party - I will be booking her for our anniversary party later this fall!

The bartender had to purchase items. My family had to go to the store three separate times during the wedding for supplies and additional liquor. There was no Red Breast, which was specifically requested. The Soda ran out before the reception even started. There was nothing other than Jameson (which I purchased) within 1 hr. The bartenders did "ok" with what they had. They ran out of cups. They ran out of mixers. From what I understand, the owner waited until the morning of to purchase these items which caused the majority of these issues. This whole situation is completely unsatisfactory and unacceptable. Everything about this experience was terrible. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! They helped us for our non-profit event. Charged us outlandish…read moreprices and then after we paid an %18 gratuity in advance, they tried to charge us an extra 12% gratuity after the event that is not documented in the contract. They argued that the upfront grauity is for the "people in the back ground," and the additional is for the bartenders. This is no where in the contract. We were happy to pay the 18% for the bartenders and they were great! But, the sales side of this company was shady - they hide information, tag on additional costs the more you get into the process, and do not explain things clearly.
