After 2 weeks they finally sent a contract saying to call with questions. We were excited to get the contact but had a few questions so tried reaching out, but again no response! Then, 1 day prior to the signing cut-off they sent an automated email stating that my wedding date had been given to someone else! I immediately reached out to ask what happened since we still had 1 more day but again, no response! They've really left me in a desperate situation since my wedding is only a few months away. Very disappointing after we were initially so excited to work with them and previously Kris seemed so engaged and professional and then completely let us down. Probably for the best, based on this experience we most likely wouldn't have received good service on the wedding day either. Good riddance!
