I had upper eye lid surgery / Blepharoplasty back in July 2025 .. well that did not went well - there was not changes , so at the follow up visit ,Dr. Wallace decided to redo the surgery. That was done the following month! That didn't go too well either .. 8 months later I still have bulky scars on my eye lids and droopy eyes ! I am very, very unsatisfied !!!!! I've taken some time before writing this review because I wanted to reflect carefully on my experience at FIPS. When I arrived for my first appointment, I was greeted promptly and taken back right away since it was later in the day and not very crowded. While waiting, I stepped out briefly to use the restroom. On my way back, I overheard some staff in the back office talking about their day - saying how bad they needed a drink. That made me pause. They then started laughing about patients, commenting on their appearances, and making light of what they felt patients "really needed" done. This caught me off guard and left me uncomfortable. While I understand that workplaces can fall into casual chatter after a long day, overhearing those comments made me feel uneasy about being a patient there. I let time pass before writing this because I wanted to give myself space to think. As my next appointment approaches, I've found myself questioning whether to continue treatment. Part of my hesitation comes from concerns I had after reading (ok, snooping to decide if I wanted to come back) some of the doctor's social media posts. I respect that everyone has the right to personal beliefs and opinions, but some of what I saw felt dismissive and even hostile toward viewpoints different from his own, including faith-based perspectives. That made me question whether I would feel safe and respected placing such a significant amount of trust--and money--into his care. I came to FIPS excited to begin a makeover journey and was considering investing tens of thousands of dollars in surgery and ongoing skincare routines. It's disappointing to say that, because of these experiences, I've decided to discontinue treatment and seek care elsewhere. Dr. Wallace has a great bedside manner but the skills do not match. I do not recommend him for rhinoplasty unless you want to end up with a collapsed nasal valve, asymmetrical nostrils, dorsal hump and pollybeak deformity like myself. I had a breast explant with capsulectomy on the 30th of March. I was scheduled bright and early at 6 am! When I arrived I was greeted by nothing but sweet and smiling faces, from the receptionist to the nurses, they were all so kind and and eased my anxiety about the surgery by laughing at all my corny jokes. My nurses; Nikki and Amber and Nycole were the sweetest nurses I could have hoped for! My anesthesiologist and all my nurses were checking in on me the whole time I was in Preop and especially Postop! First time here on a referral from another friend and I am so happy I came! I got there and Maria greeted me with a thermometer and such a beautiful smile! then brought me inside, and It looked and smelled so clean! I then was greeted @ the front desk by this handsome young guy named Logan with a smile. I admit I was nervous but Maria took me into her clean and tidy office and listened and answered all my questions! I admit that I was so nervous to try anything but She is very knowledgeable and she definitely has an eye for detail, she pointed out areas that I have never noticed which made me so happy! She made me feel very comfortable and at ease. She will talk you through everything so you feel comfortable! I just love her! And I am happy with her! She is definitely gentle and I am so glad I took my chances with her for my first time because I will be going back to see Maria! I can't stop looking at myself in the mirror (lol) When I was leaving handsome Logan checked me out and he made sure I got the special they were running aaaand a military discount! I was really disappointed after receiving botox here. I recently moved to Fleming island so this was perfect proximity to my home. I typically receive botox every 6-8 months primarily in my forehead area only. I am mid 30s so doesn't usually take a lot for me. The staff was overall friendly, just a little less professional than what I'm used to. After receiving my botox in my forehead area ONLY, I was shocked by the price. I typically pay around 300 and I was charged around 500 for JUST MY FOREHEAD area. I went ahead and paid hoping with that price tag the results would be perfect. I was wrong. I noticed that I still had a lot of movement and wrinkles were way still prominent, which usually is not the case where I had been going in the past. I called the office and complained - the office staff proceeded to tell me to wait another week as results can take up to 2 weeks. I did wait and I did notice some improvement. However, a month later and the results are already disappearing. I wouldn't be so irritated if I didn't feel like I was overcharged and results were just average. If you're going to charge clients outrageous prices at least make the results exemplary. read more

My wait time was less than 15 minutes before I saw the doctor. When he came in, he listened to my concerns about my body and was very informative with his feedback. He even came up with ideas about what would work best for me. He spent plenty of time with me answering my questions and made me feel very comfortable in addressing my concerns. He gave me his ideas and did not pressure me about getting my procedure done with them. They even told me to take my time with making a decision. That is very rare! The staff was super friendly and the office is gorgeous. Had the HydraFacial treatment with Cynthia and it was amazing! My skin looked like it was glowing when I left and felt so soft and smooth. She also did a lip plumper treatment and the results were immediate! I will definitely be back for another. I also found out Cynthia is also a licensed massage therapist.
