I used Fleming Construction for the removal of a sun room. They were exceedingly reliable. I could not have asked for better service.

100% would call em again…read more Quick response. Responsive and informative. Flexible. Great attitude. Good price. Great team. Had them take care of a few chores around the house I hadn't got to. Install of fans and lights on our patio. Mat was quick to answer my email, was flexible with my schedule, him and his team came in super cheery and knocked out great work. Took them the day, probably would have blew a whole weekend.

I would not recommend Mat. My husband and I had a disappointing and frustrating experience with him…read morethat lasted a year and a half. We purchased our home and were searching for a contractor to review items that were addressed in our home inspection. I reached out to a local designer for recommendations and she recommended Mat. He said he was unavailable to help with the items on our list but gave recommendations of businesses who could help, such as Miller Glass. No problem... the trouble started six months later. We reached out to him in January of 2025 asking if he had time to help us build a wall in our entryway sometime that year. He said yes, came over to look at our space, and charged us $100. Since then, he has done barely anything and it is now August of 2026. He has had a couple of conversations with us, said he would come back over for final measurements but never did, sent us a couple of AI rendered photos, claimed he was discussing with his door supplier, changed his business email without telling us so we had to dig for it months later after he disappeared (which he does for months at a time). He quoted $10,000 and said it could go up to $15,000. We told him we budgeted $15,000 but to let us know if the costs would be higher... we weren't fighting him on costs. We were kind and incredibly patient. We were hoping to find someone who could ultimately help us with renovating a kitchen and two bathrooms. We were willing to wait for a quality contractor, but I am appalled at the poor service we have received. Stringing us along for over a year and a half is unacceptable and unprofessional. If he hadn't been recommended by the designer, I would think he was scamming people with fake consults. I'd look elsewhere if you value your time. I feel like a bit of a fool for wasting so much of mine.

No project is too big or small for them and they are very professional. They have hung curtains for me, installed a tv mount, hung my outdoor lights, and even built my toddlers playhouse! I'm very grateful for them & highly recommend!

I made the mistake of hiring on a strictly hourly basis. We were not there during most of his work…read morebut knew that he was fine entering n remaining in house. He was over his head in electric tasks, fine with installing faucets in bathroom, but for installing simple tap switches, including 3way switches, he charged over $3000. Tap switches approximately 70 which he. Charged 46 hours labor at $50 per hour! It should have been 2-3 days max no matter what. When he couldn't figure out one 3 way, instead of letting us know that it was too complex, he continued to work unsuccessfully to figure out what was wrong. Previous to tap switch installation, ALL 3 Way switches worked great. This was a COSMETIC upgrade only. Electrician had estimated $1200 max. Supplies amounted to $750 for tap switches at Home Depot. I cannot in all conscience recommend this service except for straight forward repairs. Cancer treatments prevented someone there to supervise and I live out of town and was unable to oversee my house project. He worked hard but his progress was SLOW and then he couldn't finish n should have "called it" as too complicated much sooner. $50 per hour n he kept on attempting something beyond his capabilities.
