This was my first visit to Fleet Feet Sports - Northfield, OH. My associate was very knowledgeable and attentive, carefully checking my size and gait. I was presented with 4 pairs of prospective shoes, all which felt wonderfully supportive and comfy on my feet. I choose the pair which felt best to my feet. I headed home and completed my usual 4.2-mile walk. Unfortunately, the next morning my ITBS (illiotibial band syndrome) was extremely irritated. I realized that even though my feet loved the feel of the shoes, the soles and insert were just too firm for my ITBS. I returned to Fleet Feet and explained my predicament to the associate. He offered other shoes to me, including a pair of Adidas Energy Boost with a very shock-absorbing sole. They felt great and have worked on the pavement.
