    New shoes

I went in for some new supportive shoes and I left with a great new pair and arch support insoles. The name of the associate who helped me slips my mind but he was a nice young gentleman who was very knowledgeable and helpful. I didn't love the price that I spent but I'm glad I was able to get these shoes that would help with my flat feet. We did a quick test and I was able to try on a few pairs. It was nice and clean here. I went in the evening close to closing time but I wasn't rushed. I was able to find close parking also.

First off the staff was EXTREMELY friendly from the moment I walked in. They asked me what my needs were, scanned my foot, explained the results, then found me the perfect pair of shoes! I was able to compare two different pairs to see what was a better fit. The staff member was very knowledgeable and was doing a phenomenal job training his new co-worker as well. There was patience and kindness shown throughout my entire visit. I did NOT feel looked down upon at all for not having much knowledge about proper running shoes. I now feel better equip to pull off my fitness goals! The shoes start at around $125 I believe? I walked out with new shoes and inserts for close to $160. I felt their socks were overpriced, otherwise I would've gotten some. Slightly pricey but sure does appears to have quality. Hoping to notice positive changes with this new pair of shoes!

My experience at Fleet Feet was wonderful. I've been wanting to stop by the store for as long as I could remember but could never find the time to do so. I finally stopped by Fleet Feet on Thursday after work and was amazed by the professionalism and knowledge of the sales associate. The sales associate who helped me (I can't remember her name) was very knowledgeable and helped had me try on several pair of shoes until I found the ones that were the most comfortable. She then asked me to run while she recorded my run and showed me how my feet land on the ground. To be honest I was very impressed with the whole process and i am glad that I stopped by and got feet properly measured and fitted. My whole experience was awesome and I would recommend this store to anyone who is a runner, jogger or even walker because it is important to have the right shoes to run.

These people know everything about your feet! No matter the type of activity you do.. You must stop in today!!! See Megan.

I love love love, Fleet Feet. If I could buy ALL my shoes here, I would. Megan assessed my gait by letting me try on a pair of 'neutral' shoes and videotaping me walk and run. She then gave me several pairs of running shoes to try on, and videotaped me in those as well. We found shoes and inserts that work for me. and I bought inserts for my work shoes too. Highly recommend. the hip pain I'd had, which kept me from sleeping for nights on end, stopped almost immediately!

My introduction to this shop came in the form of a pancake run on Memorial Day. We all gathered outside of the shop and ran (well, most did, I walked) around Crane's Roost park. Pancakes, with whipped cream, chocolate chips, and coffee were served, and there were raffles. I won a Newton running shirt!!! (Now if only I could win a special prize at a Yelp event!) Although I had not planned on getting fitted for shoes, since I was there I figured why not. My feet were measured, marked, and then I ran on the treadmill and they videotaped my run to see how the shoes jived with my personal running style. I was really impressed with the knowledge and concern for my feet here. I also explained that I had some hip issues and was given a demonstration of some stretches I could practice to help with it. I was also given a handout with different stretches to do at home. I love shopping at a store that has people who actually know the craft. It's so frustrating shopping at a GNC for example, and trying to find out info from someone who is totally clueless. . . I am super impressed and very thankful for this valuable resource in the area.

Korene was great. She was very knowledgeable, and I didn't feel like she was pushy. She made me feel comfortable.

I could honestly spend hours browsing here, but I do need to be looking for something specific in order to have success. I love to shop here for shoes and clothing brands that I love at more affordable prices. Most recently I was looking for leather loafers for work and shorts for summer. I was able to find both! I got some very comfortable Cole Haan loafers and a couple pairs of athletic shorts/skorts, plus a pair of jean shorts. They had some really cute pajamas as well, but I used self control and did not purchase them. I also love to shop here for toddler shoes for my son. They have discounted Adidas, Converse, New Balance, etc. in his tiny size and they are just adorable.

I feel like unless if you're getting something specifically name brand that you cannot find at Ross or Burlington then it will be good, but I don't feel that they have that many trendy pieces they have a few and then most of it is just collared stuff. Like collared shirts and all different styles, but all with a collar. The shoes also.. there are only a few that you cannot find at Ross, but as far as the sandals and stuff like that, if they are Calvin Klein or Steve Madden and Dolce Vita, those are going to be way more expensive here than at Ross or Burlington. Other than that it's still a fun place to shop. I just didn't see anything this time around and spent so long almost an hour and a half and couldn't really find anything but one bag and a pair of seamless shorts.
