My son's luggage sat at Logan for several days with absolutely zero sense of urgency AND he is on medication that he MUST check in so that caused more issues. I was in a bind and finally had no choice but to do what I could to handle this on my own. The first company I called was this one. I called at 12:30am EST and after 2 rings, Greg picked up. He's the owner. He listened to my situation, calmed me down, and stated "I will help you." Word that NO ONE said at the airline nor DDD. I provided him with information, he promised me he would take care of me. I went to bed. At 11:00am, my son received his luggage. All I can say is LISTEN.RESPOND.DELIVER that is the slogan for this company. I am extremely grateful that Greg took my call and was willing to help a parent like me at 12:30am and do as he promised. So it needs a signature in order to be delivered to me, first they knocked on the BASEMENT door outside and left a note saying they'll come back tommorrow and to sign the paper so when they come back, they'll just deliver it. Next day rolls around, they went to a completely different door from the one they went to yesterday, this was the second delivery attempt, i was home i didnt hear anyone or anything. Which makes me think they falsify delivery attempts and just leave sticky notes. Again, they left that same slip of paper. I was beyond angry at this point, I called customer service and they put me on the phone with an agent, I explained my situation and the agent said that someone would call me in 1 hour with a follow up for re-delivery same day. The driver called me, her name was Yolanda, she claimed she was going to come back and deliver it with the instructions i left with the customer service agent and she never returned on the same day. Now today is the third and last delivery attempt day before they send my iphone back to the seller, i left a big sign where they put both notes and told them the correct door, hopefully they'll listen and i'll put another yelp review. But other than that, I don't recommend UPS for shit, and upon further investigation via reddit and quora, UPS drivers are known for falsifying delivery attempts, unless your there yourself waiting for the package outside they will NOT deliver it. I recommend every seller to not use UPS and instead use FEDEX or other delivery services and UPS doesn't care enough to fix the problem, they just redirected me. If I could give no stars, i would. I don't wanna assume anything, but this is before the holidays so i'm hoping no driver is scheming to steal my package..
