I called in complained and they just blew me off, not good, when the did come back they said they would be back to finish tomorrow, 2 days to do 2 small room and stairs, smh. The next day they returned and did the same thing, left the poor guy here to do all the work, come to find out it was the older gentlemens son, he had remarried to a young girl and they all ways do this to them. Originally I was told they would show up the next day. At 5pm no one had shown up or called my tenant. When I called to find out where they were they said they would be unable to come that day. I rescheduled with them and my tenant for this past weekend. Not once did I receive a phone call or text explaining why they didn't show up. I have now contacted another company in Elizabethtown to do now what I needed done a week ago. I was also willing to pay for the inspection. This is not good customer service and I would not recommend this company.
