We got our floors done a couple years ago by this company but recently noticed a lot of splintering coving the areas that were worked on. Not a huge issue but slightly concerning as the floors were done not very long ago. Yesterday I got a splinter in my foot so bad that it took me 2 hours to remove and almost debated going to urgent care. At this point, as we also have two dogs my partner called to see why this could be happening on floors so newly done. My partner called 3 times before reviving a callback only to be met with hostility and defensiveness. Apparently they were on vacation but there was no indication of this on their voicemail or website which stated they were open. We were then blamed for the condition of the floors and no help or suggestions were offered. My partner was then told "I've been in business over 20 years, I'm not worried about your review buddy" which is a shockingly unprofessional thing to say to a paying client. It appears others have had similarly poor experiences, and it also seems the owner handled those the same way he handled ours- by berating the customer, yikes! Edit: No one is trying to attack your business and I don't see anything wrong with my partner being upset after having to reach out 3 times before a callback but I do want to point out it was the owners tone that was aggressive, not my partners. I was present for the entire phone call and was shocked at the attitude coming from the person on the phone. As anyone would be, my partner was unhappy his floors are splintering to the point of injury after only 2 years. A quick internet search reveals the refinishing should have lasted up to 10 years. I'm also not sure why you felt the need to point out these were the worst floors you've ever worked on- my partner had just purchased this home and while that may be true, is an odd thing to feel the need to point out publicly and once again, and unprofessional attempt to bash a customer. read more

Phenomenal company. Flawless Floors has done all of the floors in our home, also the tile in our master bath. I wouldn't have anyone else. They are meticulous in their work and are experts in the field. We started using them 12 years ago and just had them back to do the living room/dining room. We ripped up old carpet and linoleum that was covering the hardwood floor. There were some serious stains set into the wood. They were able to replace some and match it into the existing flooring. They were neat, cleaned up after their work, knowledgeable and all around great bunch of guys. They will be installing hardwood into our kitchen when we are already. read more

We were able to stay in our house and the entire process took 5 days from start to finish. I can't say enough good things- choose them! read more

Our family had the Flawless Floors team install and finish the floors in our new kitchen. Ian and his team are focused on having happy customers and great customer service! Our job was a challenging, because we were looking for a particular color of grey for the floor. The Flawless Floors team did a tremendous job. They tried a few different approaches to get the particular shade of grey, but didn't get the color or consistency that we were looking for in the new kitchen. Rather than trying to put another coat or touch it up in places, Ian made the decision to re-sand the floor and start again to make sure it would turn out just how we wanted it. This decision I'm sure made him lose money on our project, but he sacrificed and did whatever he could to make us, the customer happy. Ian always picks up the phone, is a great communicator and always on time. The Flawless Floors team also re-finished the hardwood floors in the other rooms on the main level. These turned out wonderful as well. We also installed custom wood register covers through Flawless Floors that really make the room look great! I would highly recommend Ian and the Flawless Floors team for your job. We will certainly use them in the future for other projects! read more

Had my family room and library wide pine floors and my kitchen oak floor refinished by Ian and his crew. The result is gorgeous! But the real benefit of Flawless Floors is their professionalism, helpfulness and punctuality. Having floors refinished is the ultimate disruption in one's household, yet they were on time every day, helped move furniture, vacuumed daily, took their shoes off and were friendly company for the duration of the job. I'd give them 10 stars and cannot say enough good things about their work and work ethic! read more

I am shocked they have 5 star rating from people. It must be their friends and/or family. I had to pay another Floor company to fix what these guys did! They where "no-shows" for over a week when they finally did com back. They slopped the lacker on so quick it all started bubbling up hours after they left. I tried to get them to come back but they never returned my phone calls. Don't walk run away from this buisness read more

We just had our old, stained red oak hardwood floors repaired and refinished. After several estimates ranging from "we'll try to get the stains out but we doubt it", to, "these floors aren't worth refinishing; you should get new flooring", I was thrilled to find Flawless Floors. I received a reasonable estimate to repair (including replacing boards if needed) and refinishing. Flawless Floors was able to get out all of the stains by meticulously sanding and not settling for less. They were polite, accommodating, honest, and a pleasure to work with. And, the final bill was actually less than the estimate. I can't say enough about Ian and his crew! read more
