Service was quick and friendly. It wasn't really busy yet, so our food came out fairly quick in about 15 minutes. Both the sliders and tacos were very good! The filet on the tacos was cooked nicely and had wonderful flavor. Even though the tacos were yummy, my favorite was the sliders. It was loaded with pulled pork, a fried egg (drool), bacon, and grilled jalapeños. All of the flavors on this slider just complimented each other so beautifully. We had a really great experience with The Gastro Grill. Some patrons will look at the price of their food and think it's overpriced, but this is a case of you get what you pay for. Solution is to follow your fave trucks or social media to better know if they'll be there. I usually find TaKo BBQ, Taste Kitchen, Meltdown Bistro, Jitters coffee or Dutch Bros, and SnoCafe in warmer months there.
