If you get a blood test or send him anything, he calls you the day he receives it to discuss the results or to confirm receipt. No guessing about "did he get it?" While she was sleeping, one of the staff went into her purse and stole $97 in cash from her wallet. She discovered the cash missing as soon as she got into the car when she was picked up by my fiancé. My mother immediately made a report to the hospital staff, but they have done nothing. I attempted to follow up today by phone, but they don't answer or return my phone call. Shameful!

Questions are encouraged and completely answered. Being in the MD-VIP program is expensive, however I believe it possibly saved my husband's life. Her thorough annual physical including an EKG picked up my husband's cardiac problem. This opened doors to cardiac referrals and ultimately he needed and received a pacemaker implant. I have had a very complicated medical history and she has dealt with it all with caring and knowledgeable decisions. We feel special and on a first name basis with her and the staff. DO NOT GO HERE FOR AN IMPLANT…read more I had the bc Nexplanon implanted in my arm in February 2019 by an older nurse named Rosanne and she inserted it way TOO DEEPLY in my skin and didn't show me where it was after. When I was comparing my implant to friends, theirs were all right under the skin and mine had to be pushed into to feel a little. When I changed my mind and wanted to have it removed in march 2019, I went to a Planned Parenthood and they literally spent over an hour trying to get it out and they COULDNT GET IT OUT ! The implant was blocked by nerves and muscle! It was inserted so deeply and carelessly I now have to go to a surgeon to remove it. When Rosanne said it was a 'whole other ballgame to take it out' I didn't realize how right she was. She needs to be retaught or removed from the business. If I had waited the full 2-3 years before removing it, it would have moved into my body even DEEPER!
