I found myself house bound and although I could drive I was unable to walk distance so I was also car bound. Anyone who has been diagnosed with clinical depression, knows isolation is not ideal. I worked with Mike at LTM and voiced my concerns. He listened and I truly felt heard. I was so pleased and grateful when they were able to fix my 4Runner within 15 business days from time of crash. I was so impressed with their willingness to help me get back on the road with my vehicle so I was no longer house bound. My vehicle was also washed along with the inside wiped down. I barely recognized my own vehicle when I pulled in to pick it up. Thank you to all who jumped through the hoops you all did to get me back to functioning outside of my home. Thank you for listening to my concerns and acting on them. It truly is appreciated! I hope I never need to use your services again, but if I do, I would return for sure. Thank you!
