They tow your car, and then do not allow you to pick it up for two days and charge you for the two days that they are not open and that you physically cannot even pick your car up if you want to. And they absolutely did not verify with the apartment complex regarding this, because nobody was working at the apartment complex at those hours. And if they had, they would've found out that the vehicle was registered and was parked appropriately. Mars towing should be ashamed of themselves, horrible business, and horrible way to do business.

They gave me a repair estimate of $17,335.18 on October 15, which seemed reasonable, and I assumed work was being done. For over two months, I waited with no updates. Suddenly, on December 5, they emailed demanding the loaner back immediately and threatened a police report for "failure to return a rental vehicle." I called their rep (Alfonso), who said he would extend the loaner--he never followed up. That evening, the loaner was remotely disabled (Valet Mode) while I was driving, stranding me overnight in 20°F snowy/rainy weather on a busy DC street. I had to pay for towing myself to avoid freezing. The next morning (December 6), they called police (Rockville and Prince George's County), claiming I failed to return the rental. They also told officers my Florida license was "fake" or fraudulent. Police cleared me immediately. I repeatedly explained my disabilities (immune-compromised, OCD, ADHD, anxiety) and asked for accommodations to get my medication and belongings from the loaner (less than ¼ mile away at a friend's house). They refused and left me stranded without transportation or meds ever since. Now they demand over $14,000 in storage/rental fees--almost as much as the repair estimate--yet no work was ever done on my car. I have video, emails, bills, and records. This was unsafe, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Avoid if you value safety and clear communication.

They saw me ahead of time and took no time in doing the state inspection. They explained what needed to be done etc, that it would take up to 45 minutes. They were done in less time than that and for whatever reason gave me a discount. Four wheel drive should be $99, but they charged me $69. Receptionist was friendly and chatty. I asked if it was a family business due to the level of service. She replied that it's two families that feel like one big family. It certainly feels like that, and they seem to endeavor to treat customers like family. That's going to make me a regular here. Well a regular when it suits me. Per a friend's recommendation, I took my car to Meineke in Mechanicsburg (near the Carlisle Pike Mechanicsburg) and they have been absolutely WONDERFUL to work with.
