Luke came in, assessed the situation, and... worked his magic‼ He leveled the area around the house and driveway (which was one of the problems from the previous GC), put down fabric, then had gravel delivered and he spread it out. He even went beyond what we expected‼. And as a testimony to his quality of work, the next day after he had finished, we had a heavy rain. There was no ponding, and the water flowed away from the house. And still, months after he had finished (yes, it took me this long to write a review) and with still frequent rain, we are not sinking into the wet ground (like we used to) when we walk around the house A little note: prior to working with this company, we had tried to reach out to a few others. Some would not call back, others would ask questions as to why do we want things done this way. And others were just seriously overpriced. They were professional, personable, and competent. The communication with the office beforehand and with the plumbers during the work was excellent. The estimate was detailed and easy to understand. No surprises during or after the repair. They did an excellent job preventing damage of the lawn during the excavation and repaired it afterwards better than I could have hoped. I would recommend Modern Plumbing to anyone, and they've certainly earned my business for any future needs.
